The employees here have very limited knowledge other than trying to upsell you on televisions that you don't need. They had no direct knowledge of:
*how many of their soundbars work. *no direct knowledge whatsoever on how many of their sound bars hook up to a television. *even less knowledge as to where different components to the floor model sound bars went. Including power cords and speaker cords among other things. Told me I could spend 25 or $30 on a power cord there instead of offering to give a power cord since they were the ones that lost the power cord in the first place.
I was completely left to my own devices and had to Google the information on everything before I finally walked out of the place only buying a DVD player that was cheaper there than it was anywhere else.
Conclusion: If you actually need product knowledge or relevant questions answered, you better do intense research before you walk into this place. Because they have absolutely no idea what is going on with their products. They're just employees hired off the street working a job. They are only interested in selling high-end TVs in the possible commission that comes off of it if any. If you even think about buying a TV for less than $1,000 they do everything they can to devalue the product and tell you that you won't like it and that you should upgrade.

Read moreI recently bought a new dishwasher from Electronic Express. The lady who helped us was fantastic. However, when it came time to install my dishwasher it did not go well. The installers said they didn't have the right hose to install the dishwasher, then the electrical of the dishwasher kept tripping the breaker. At that point the installers tried to convince me it was my breaker that was bad(in a brand new house). They wanted to leave my new dishwasher, not working, in the house and told me to call an electrician. I asked them to remove the new dishwasher, take it back, and then put in the old one again. When the old one was put in the electricity worked fine. I then came up with a plan to make the new dishwasher work by plugging it a different way. It then worked. Once they left I fixed all their problems myself by going to Lowes and doing it right. Then everything worked great. Small damage was done to my cabinets as well but I overlooked it. I really love purchasing items from Electronics Express. However, if it needs installation I would...
Read moreWe are a older couple, and our radio in our truck stopped working. We went to several places and we could not afford their prices. We went to your store in Gallatin. The installer guy (I wish I had caught his name) worked beyond his job to make us happy. WE went home and the new radio kept cutting off. So we called him and he said to bring it back and he would make it right. We did and he replaced the new radio and new wiring with new radio and wiring. It kept doing it. So thanks to him and the manager ,they figured out our original amp was bad. The installer kept fiddling with it and decided to put the old radio back in to see if it worked. It did. So the manager and installer talked and refunded most of our money for all of the wiring and new radio. Because we did not need it. They charged a small fee for fixing the amp or whatever was wrong. They could of taken advantage of us since we are old and could only take their word. But they were honest and concerned about us. We will definitely be back. And God...
