When we got there it was really slow and yet we could not get any service. Finally we get some help and the server asked if we wanted to start a tab. This is unusual for me because we were at a table. Tabs are usually done when people are wandering around the place. We start a tab and get a $25 charge. For what?? They said to make sure we had the funds. Tf? You should probably let people know this before you take their card. The server informed us that I'll get a charge for the difference so it would balance out. Nope, that didn't happen. I have the whole balance cleared and waiting on the 25 to fall off. Drinks we're fairly priced, the peach infusion was my favorite. We tried the Salmon tacos but we're disappointed with the lack of flavor. Everything was great to start. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We had a group meeting for a pre-cruise and we had a decent party coming. Towards the end of our night a waiter dropped an huge tray on top of 3 of our friends. We leave for a cruise tomorrow and our friends have no way to do laundry tonight. Clothes are ruined and friends need to shower. On top of the issue the manager took several minutes to come to our table. She didn’t know procedure, had our friends fill out incidents reports before ever apologizing, only asked if they got burnt. I spent 10-15 minutes pulling salsa out of my friends hair instead of enjoying our time. I come from 15+ years of restaurant experience and we would never treat our guest like this. Only went for drinks and in my opinion they were great. One my friends didn't agree with that though. They were decently priced and the whole vibe of the place is really cool. I will say when we got there, our waitress said she could not split tabs due to the POS system. However, her shift ended so we got a new waitress who did split the tabs without question.
