Absolutely phenomenal boba / tea shop!!! The service was attentive and very friendly, very helpful in describing what goes into drinks / giving reccomendations to help decide between different options, and the tea + boba itself is absolutely amazing quality and they give a plenty of topping in each drink by default (instead of some shops doing 95% drink with like 12 pearls on the bottom tops - this was a solid 60% drink + 40% boba) - I've tried a number of boba / tea spots over the years and this is hands down the best I've ever had!!! 💖💖💖💖
Personally did Wintermelon Milk Tea with Tapioca topping - I'd never had wintermelon before, but between that and the milk added in, the total drink flavor was very sweet and creamy with a bright melon note (not like watermelon, closer to a honeydew or similar "softer" melon flavor), almost like if you mixed honeydew with cereal milk, lol! The flavor was amazing, the tapicoa was SUPER soft and chewy / a bit sticky (personal favorite texture!!) and the ratio of ice, drink and boba was perfect!!
Overall amazing place with very kind and chill staff, would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good boba spot, and I will absolutely be returning next time we visit...
Read moreTea taste different every time and it's not that great!! I do not care for the service from the girl who works there; her customer service skills suck. Not to mention there are no ingredients listed or calories mentioned. Wouldn't you like to know what your drinking??Well, I found out and it is not as healthy as you think. Do your research, save your money and make your own tea. That's what I am doing. I know what's in my tea. I buy popping boba from Amazon and you can get the jelly from there too. This way I feel good about who I'm giving my buisness to and I can use natural products as well. Did I mention I got sick from the tea here after I asked about the calories. Anyways, I hope someone else opens a teashop better than this one because I did enjoy the mango smoothies but I will be doing research on these so I can make my own too. As for their tea and the milk it is Not what you...
Read moreFinally a boba tea in Galveston that is located along the seawall!
The positive: it's on the seawall so you can easily grab a boba tea and enjoy it on the beach especially on a hot day. They have lots of choices on topping. At the moment the menu is small and simple but it is on its soft opening. So I am assuming they will be adding more flavors hopefully.
The negitive: it's not as good as other places I've been to. It's mostly powder which is not necessarily bad (I am used to more fresh). The taro milk tea I had needed to be shake more because the first sip I took was a chuck of powder, yuck. But easy to fix since I just shooked it more.
Hopefully they will also have more employee. The two working there were going as fast as they can but they do need that one extra person.
So overall, I will still come and visit, since its not bad and it's on...
