Whataburger — Restaurant in Galveston

To whom it may concern, I would like to share my terrible experience at this Whataburger location. I went to this location to sit down and have a nice meal with friends. After finishing up, I drove back home. I then realized that I had left my phone at this establishment. I made a call to this location in order to inquire about the location of my phone. I was very polite over the phone when speaking to Diana C. about finding my phone. However, she decided to respond in a rude manner exclaiming "We found a phone, it's not yours, good bye!" while proceeding to hang up in my face. I then called back to give more details about the whereabouts of my phone, which was met with more rude responses once again, but then the phone was found in the exact location I continously described. After Diana realized that she had been mistaken, she was still very dismissive and proceeded to hang up again. I then made my way back to the location to go retrieve my phone and came face to face with Diana C. She was still being very rude to me and my friend when we were just trying to reclaim our property. She raised her voice, and then I responded in a heightened tone. Diana C told me she would call law enforcement because I was apparently "causing a disruption" and I responded by saying "go ahead and call them, I've done nothing wrong". After a delay, I finally received my phone back and went home. I do not believe that people like Diana C. should be working in food service with the poor level of decorum she showed towards me, a paying customer. I remained calm and composed all the way up until she started to act rudely and decide to call law enforcement over me simply reclaiming my property. This is egregious and I hope the Whataburger corporate office is able to remedy this terrible experience that was at the fault of one of its employees so that no one else has to...

My experience here was horrible. Food taste was awful. It was my first time here and it will be my last. I was vacationing for spring break weekend and stopped here Saturday morning for breakfast. We had a party of 4 and orders were correct except for my sons order. He had Plain cheeseburger with mayonnaise but it came with all vegetables and onions and mustard. So I did not think anything at first, thinking they had a made a mistake. I went back to let the lady in front and she seemed upset. She then brought out my sons burger and only had single patty on it with loads of mayonnaise. If I had to estimate about a little more than a cup of mayonnaise was on the burger. I would not let my son eat that but we had already ordered and he was hungry and my family kept insisting out was alright. I took the mayonnaise off and he slowly ate it not finishing all of it. I was not going to write a review but Monday morning my son had to go to the ER his stomachache was in serious pain. He could not keep anything in and just kept vomiting the night before and that Monday morning he would've gone to dehydration if not taken to the ER is what the doctors...

Me and my family have been going through a lot, suffering a great tragedy and none of us have been able to sleep very well so we decided to go to whataburger. Our experience wasn’t bad at first, they were friendly and helping us out making sure they got everything right with our order, but it quickly went south when we simply asked for a sauce we order that was on our receipt that we didn’t get. The two girls working, two young African American girls, I didn’t get their names, quickly got an attitude with us telling us we needed to pay $0.40 if we wanted another sauce. We showed them the receipt but they still refused. We asked very nicely if we could just get the sauce we ordered especially after having to wait for about 20 minutes for our food and they replied with the fact that we didn’t even wait that long and it’s not their fault we didn’t get the sauce we ordered. They then closed and locked the windows giving us very hateful looks and rolling their eyes so we just left. As a place in a high tourist area I expected more professionalism than that. I am very disappointed and won’t be going back me or my family to this...
