Visiting the mecca of anything affiliated with steak comes with a hefty price, and that’s how expensive the dishes are. Irrespective of that, everything has been fine tuned to the customer’s desires. You want great customer service that makes you feel welcome and accommodating? This place got it. Convenient dining hours? No problem. Gorgeous setting that’s accompanied by fascinating and creative wall decor, lighting, and tables thats also not too spacious yet not too cramped? This place got you with that too. Spectacular food? Absolutely. Tasty soup and salad that gets the palette going. The soft, yet perfectly seasoned fries along with its breaded steak cutlets and dipping sauce was at its utmost form. Sweet, refreshing dessert (I got the cheesecake and tiramisu), and don’t even get me started on the steaks. Moist, juicy cuts of flavorful meat that is far from dry and unseasoned. Pair that with da baked and mashed potatoes and complimentary sauce and you got yourself a flawless dinner.

I do have to admit that the prices are undeniably financially challenging, and it’s not like the portion sizes completely make up for it. The taste, on the other hand, easily does. However, that said, I can’t exactly visit this place every now and then due to just how overpriced and how expansive the menu is as well.

If you ask me, Plumeria still plays largely into my favor. If you have that feeling of just wanting to eat some good meat, give this place a go. They don’t just have steaks, again, their menu offers a wide variety of other dishes. As long as you come in with the tight knit will to throw a large amount of hard-earned bucks on the table, Plumeria Steakhouse competes with just a few when it comes to its...

The Plumeria Steakhouse was recommended as the best steakhouse on the island, and we were not disappointed by the food!  There was a lot of it, and it was well prepared.  The prices are consistent with what you would expect for high quality beef on an island, which is to say expect to pay about $75-$100 a person for dinner and an adult beverage.  However, because the portions are so large, it’s conceivable that one serving can be split by two people – and then you would have room for dessert!

We especially liked the loaded french fries appetizer.

The decor on the inside isn’t what an American would expect for a high-end steakhouse, though I suspect they may be catering to non-Americans that have only seen America through old Hollywood movies.  Let’s just say it’s Hollywood-diner eclectic, but don’t let that fool you, the food is far better than you would get at any other restaurant with this type of decor.

We met the owner as he was shuttling guests back and forth to their cars with an umbrella, which was very thoughtful considering it was dark so we didn’t see the approaching storm clouds and hadn’t taken an umbrella with us to the restaurant, like a lot of people.

They also have a free shuttle service to and from the restaurant (assuming you’re reasonably close, like we were at the Hyatt). Just call and inquire about it.

We spoke with the owner at length, which was a great way of giving sensitive, subtle, feedback about the service.  He understood our feedback was given in the spirit of improving his business and took...

It took a while for me to get seated. Once I finally sat down , they took everyone’s order but mine as I waited for 10+ minutes. I ordered the wings which were good (also good complimentary soup). then I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta. There was bacon all in it .. I didn’t find out until I took a bite and started to chew on bacon that I have a mild allergy to. They took my food back and brought me a new dish, but seems like it was rushed. I don’t even want to eat it anymore, but I have to pay full price regardless. I just wasn’t happy and I’m still not happy. I hope it’s not a racial thing, but it’s hard for me to believe that it wasn’t with how I was treated from the beginning. They seemed nice for the most part though .. but they were just nonchalant to the fact that they put bacon in my pasta that was NOT on the menu. My server apologized, but didn’t seem too care much nor did they check on me afterwards. I could’ve literally had an allergic reaction and they wouldn’t have cared. Other than that , great menu and I would’ve recommended if it was better circumstances for me . I just won’t be back here when I...

Every time I come to visit Saipan, I always make sure that Plumeria Steakhouse is on my list. I can't even count on my hands how many times I've been there. Their food is heaven, especially their steaks! The staff as well is very friendly and they always have a smile on their faces which always make me feel welcomed. However, I do not like how the owner treat his staff... it is quite disappointing. One time while I was enjoying my meal, the owner started scolding the waitress infront of other people for making a mistake. It is good to talk about wrong deeds to correct it but they should do it in a proper way and with confidentiality. I lost appetite after witnessing it haha! To the owner, you might want to be nicer to them since they are the backbone of your business! Til next time!

I ordered a creamy gorgonzola pasta but what i got was far from gorgonzola. I even asked the server to look at my pasta and tell me what kind of sauce was on it she said that it we an olive oil sauce. I told her I ordered Gorgonzola and she immediately took it to the kitchen and asked the chef. The chef told her it was HIS version of Gorgonzola. You would expect to find Gorgonzola cheese in a pasta dish named after said cheese but no not a single piece of it was to be seen. Their own menu description says, “ creamy white sauce, served over a bed of linguine noodles.” So where’s the cream? On top of that the food took almost an hour to come out. We most likely will not be returning to Plumeria Steakhouse any time soon. Do not recommend.
