Chung Gi Wa — Restaurant in Garapan

Second time visiting Saipan and we’ve came 4 times during this recent trip (so far). They serve authentic Korean food, all staffs are very friendly and food is really good! Honestly they are as good as what you can get in Korea.We had LA galbi, green onion pancake, soybean stew and cold noodle 막국수. All seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious. I really appreciate the chef lady who’d come greet us and taking good care of our needs. The place feels clean and inviting. I’d definitely come back when we visit...

Old: Food here is good, but not as good as nam dae moon. The staff are not friendly and sometimes they don't open the AC.

New: after testing out nam DAE moon and Chung gi wa many times, I have to say that chung gi wa is like fine wine. You only began to realize the full extent of it's brilliance after the third visit. Every dish is executed extremely well and their attention to detail is unparalleled on the island. In fact I think they are worthy of one...

Love this place! It's like a Korean counterpart of Kinpachi maybe even better.

After coming to this establishment over the year, it has always been the same.

Great service, comfy environment, tasty menu!

The $12 Bentos are all you need, but the menu still has more to offer. Nicely portioned, sides are refillable, no charge whatsoever and barley tea is ready upon seating.

Note: Parking needs some work as you'll have to go behind the green...
