I asked the worker girl if the shakes were gluten free. She was unsure so she went and asked the manager and he told her no. She then came back and told me they were not. I asked if they were just unsure or if they were uncertain if they contained gluten. She then went and just got the manager. He then came over and asked me what I needed. I asked him if he was sure these had gluten in them. He then said let me go and grab the mix and you can see for yourself. I said ok. He then brought over milk and I said milk is naturally gluten free. He said ok how about rasberries? I said raspberries are also gluten free. I then said if you only put in raspberries and milk then they are gluten free. He then was very confusing from there. Like he could not give me a straight answer. I was just ready to get out of there by then so I ordered. Well after I ordered and received my shake I started to eat it and quickly noticed there was something more than just milk and raspberries. They had added some sort of cookie dough or flour dough. It had itty bitty chunks of dough in the shakes! That is why he could not give me a straight answer. Now that it is all over with I think I know why. He did not want to tell me what the shakes had in them because he was afraid of telling me the recipe in fear of his competitors getting their hands on them?? Idk but unfortunately it caused me a ALLERGIC...

We went for the raspberry shake late in the evening, about 9 p.m. There were lines at both stores. The line moved relatively quickly. Considering the line before us, we didn't wait terribly long. The food was out before the shakes. Staff was very friendly.

Our order was uncomplicated: onion rings (very good and more than expected, wonderful), tater tots (yummy, but less than expected, especially after seeing the size of an onion ring order)...came with 1000 Island for dipping.

We ordered a raspberry shake and a cherry chocolate chip shake. By mistake we got raspberry Oreo instead of the cherry. I had already taken a bite when called back for the correct shake. I was allowed to keep the "mistake" shake. Thank you. That turned out to be the best one!

The regular "famous" raspberry shake was not very raspberry-y at all. Quite bland. Kind of disappointing. Therefore only 4 stars. The raspberry- Oreo shake tasted more raspberry to it and was the favorite of my daughters and mine. My husband liked it, but his favorite was cherry...

Poor service. Waited over 30 mins for two burgers and some drinks. You eat your food 20 ft from three huge dumpsters and it smells like garbage. Gave me a cherry limeade instead of a limeade, forgot my tots, and the sprite the gave my daughter had no syrup. They had no cup holders, I ask them to help take my order back and I was told that I could just make multiple trips to take my food and drinks back by the dumpsters to eat. I had them remake the limeade and get me another sprite. By the time I got back from waiting while they fixed it “real quick” my shakes were melted. A frosty from Wendy’s tastes just as good to the same as their chocolate shake, except you don’t have to wait as long and it’s not melted at Wendy’s. My blended root beer float had a bunch of raspberry seeds in it, not what I was expecting. My limeade tasted like sprite, not a limeade. It was probably cool it the 60s or whenever it was made but really it does not live up to the hype. Just a dumpy over priced burger joint with...

Amazing roadside stop for burgers and shakes. Located just across from the beautiful Bear Lake. I arrived shortly after they opened. Ordering is complicated a bit by the noise of cars driving by at the walk-up order window. It was hard to hear staff talking. Prices were pretty high, I paid nearly $20 for a double cheeseburger and a shake. The shake and burger were ready quickly. I think when they’re busier they serve the shakes first. I was initially disappointed by the bun on the burger, as it seemed too firm. Once I started eating it and realized how juicy it was, it made sense why they use a dense bun. The burger was delicious. The raspberry chip shake was the best part. It was super tasty. The chocolate was chunky and also stuck to the sides of the cup. I wondered if they used magic shell. Regardless, it was delicious!! The only downside was the amount of seeds, but there’s not much to do with that when using real raspberries.

Wonderful cafe with focus on soft serve “milkshakes.”. To set expectations, these are basically 21 ounce Blizzards in 20+ flavors, they aren’t milkshakes like you expect to drink with a straw - they don’t even serve them with a straw. Place was so popular they opened a second location across the street - LaBaeu’s Too. Both have same menu, same recipes, and you will see them share ingredients as needed. Lines move fast, so don’t worry if appears super busy. Family tradition to stop here whenever in Bear Lake. Sometimes we stop multiple times.
