After having a bad experience last week we gave it another shot today. Our host was Claudia greeted us smiling. Lupita was our waitress and as past experience with her she was super! Amazing customer service, delivered food within a good amount of time, she was aware of our coffee at all times and any needs even tho it was a busy time I saw her go around taking care of all her tables And of course Diane is the manager on duty very sweet, nice and also with her great customer service and smiling. This staff definitely makes my husband my son and I want to come back in the evenings for the skillets and stuffed berry pancakes very delish. Great location right off the freeway. I went in this morning for a cup of coffee and let me tell you that cup of coffee was amazing. I had to do some work before heading to a meeting and this location felt good to stop by. It was quiet when i got there, immediately got sat down. The server let me choose where i wanted to sit so i had a full store to choose from so i sat away from other guest so i can do my work. Saw the manager tall slim hispanic guy. He did came by to see how i was doing which is a plus. Saw all the staff actively working together as new guest came in. Music in the store was good not too loud but not too low and the genre was good. I didnt eat but i will definitely return to this store and try a meal next time but this time the cup of coffee...
