McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Gastonia

Every time we order from this location the food is wrong, missing half the order or I get a sandwich with half of the bread toasted and the other half is plain bread (twice this week with untoasted bread). Management don’t seem to care since he/she was informed to by their corporate to call us to resolve our issues...surprise, surprise we got NO call back!! We get food from here due to our retail schedule which usually their sandwiches keep (however untoasted bread gets soggy) until we get home but unfortunately I don’t know how many more chances to give a company for quality of food. I’m beginning to wonder if this location needs a new toaster or do they have different people toasting bread for the same sandwich. The company has someone to check quality of food before it leaves the window area...after all of our issues with the “quality” I’m thinking this location quality checker is either untrained (this should not even require training to be able to check food quality...my 8 year old niece can do this job or a trained monkey could even do this job) or this employee(s) needs to be replaced!!! Very Very Unprofessional and POOR Service. Their power had gone out and they didn't have a register open yet. They had just reopened when I walked in. I DIDNT KNOW THAT!!! HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THAT???? So I walked up to place my order and (what looked like 10 kindergarteners were ALL staring at me like I just stepped out of a space ship). I said I'd like to place an order, (The 10 kindergartners just stared at me like I was speaking martian. One of the "KIDS" mumbled something, I don't know what I could barley hear him. You know, like a kid would do. Speak up, I can't hear you. Again ALL 10 Kindergarteners just stared at me. Finelly after a while, a more Mature kid said something like "he has to open a register. What? Finelly she explained to me what happened while ALL 10 Kindergarteners stood there All staring at me. This is REDICULAS. Can someone please make some SENCE to me. Then the manager came over and opened up the register and explained what happened. Me and my friend went in to use the bathroom urgently. We used to work here back in 2020 and have never had a problem coming in with respect to eat or even speak to our old co workers who still continue to work at this location. As we step foot in here today we get the most disgusting stare from Jordy one of the food runners// cashiers, i look back at him and ask him if he has a starting problem and he continues to say “yea i do” so i said “please fix it”. My friend and i go into the bathroom and i have her run the water because i am bathroom shy, i was having stomach issues from what i had ate. My old manager Brian walks in and says “Are you ladies smoking in here” and i had said yes because i misheard him and thought he said “are you ladies in here” assuming he was checking for bathroom clean check. Brian continued to say “I’m gonna have to ask you guys to not come back in here again” so i’m leaving this review as in the employees are just rude and disgusting towards...
