Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Gaylord

I ordered through the web and asked for it to be ready between 4:30-4:45. When I got to the store it was 4:40. They did not have my order ready and could not find my order. The owner questioned whether I had actually did an order. I had to show him on my phone that I had ordered online. After they finally found my order they started to make it. I ordered 2 italian night clubs one with hot peppers, both with extra oil and vinegar both cut in half. The peppers did not make it on the sandwich, neither did the extra oil and vinegar, nor were they cut in half. I ordered two pickles only received one. I ordered 3 meals total and they did not have drink holders. Overall not a great experience, with the owner first seemingly to accuse me of not placing my order and then the order not being correct. Please do better...

Placed an order online prior to business opening gave them a time to be delivered called the store when it was 15 minutes late and was asked was my order delayed i had no idea it didn't even show that it was out for deliver and then i was told that they were short handed then was advised the manager was delivering my order so i waited for the manager and after it was delivered i was apologized to and was told it was a previous driver that must have forgot, i advised back that maybe a notification should have been sent out. Then off the manager went. hope that others get better communication i am deleting the app and jimmy johns not so freaky fast sorry that i left a long review but thought it was needed the food is good for my first time ordering. but maybe i should stick to the regular place....

This is the ONLY Jimmy Johns in Michigan that makes their lettuce wraps 1/2 the size of all the other JJ in the state. I have been going there for a long time and always got the lettuce wrap and over the last I believe three months now they have changed their way of doing it and the guy even told me you're not gonna like this new lettuce wrap it's only about half as much as it was before. So why is that?? Does each franchisee get to choose the amount of product to put in each sandwich or lettuce wrap ? I thought it was supposed to be the same at every JJ ? Guess not ..... at least in Gaylord. Very disappointing... this used to be my go to place for a quick sandwich that I knew was safe for me to eat . Just saying.... you are running off your customers by being so...
