Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Genoa Township

I have been at Heartland Of Uptown Westerville nursing Facility since February 2014. I have placed several orders and I am very pleased at the efficiency of the ordering process. Every experience has been very professional on Domino's part. From the initial order process online to delivery has been great. I worked for Domino's Pizza back in the mid 1980's when the 30 minute or free delivery was being used. The delivery time is till superb even without the 30 minutes or free policy. The food has been great. The drivers have been polite and professional. I don't remember the names of the drivers from this store but they deserve a decent living wage on top of their tips and delivery charge. You have nothing to worry about from Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or any other pizza delivery franchise. Management must be excellent at this store I have placed orders from. Keep up the good work. Today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this Dominos. After showing up to pick up my pizza they said it was ready, then they informed me the oven had issues and burnt my pizza and that they had to redo them. Okay no problem I understand it happens but then they ignored the issue and continued to take orders and hand out pizzas for 40 min until I ended up getting upset and they finally remade the pizzas and all I got was sorry. If you do this to a customer you need to make it right as soon as possible. They saw me standing there and did nothing. After more than an hour I got my pizza no sorry here is some bread stix or here's a coupon for free pizza. I am really disappointed on how this was handled by both the staff and the manager and expected better...

Went in to order a cheese pizza waited the 10 mins they said it was going to take. Then they gave my pizza to someone else with the same order so I waited another 8 mins. When they handed me my pizza it was burnt! So I went back in and complained and they said they would have my order out in 6 mins so I waited 10 minutes just to find out they never remade my order! They then made my order again and pizza came out burnt again! I waited 50 mins for 1MEDIUM CHEESE PIZZA!! I stopped eating dominos years ago and now I know why! Also all the other pizzas where coming out burnt!! Other people were complaining as well! Employee was moving from cash register to the line without washing...
