Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgetown

...so I was going order the Domino's pizza & have them deliver it to me cuz I was online ordering it, but then I realized that it was only a half a mile away & I love driving & I'd just gotten out of bed after a 3 month PTSD depression & I wanted to sit in the parking lot and pick that baby UP!!!! & so I drove over to the parking lot at the Domino's nearby & I was out at the little waity place with my blinkers on & my windows down -- but in the meantime they had their little clock ticking on the app & I had so much fun because it said once the pizza is ready then if they don't deliver it in 2 minutes to my car I get one free sooooooo I was really hoping that they'd like screw up and get behind... ...they didn't.

I ordered the Hawaiian pizza with the pineapples and the Canadian bacon and I ordered some extra toppings like green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and feta cheese and then I went ahead and bought dessert: the chocolate molten lava cakes and I GOTTA tell you something: YES the pizza was phenomenal: worth every penny on the order of about 43 bucks & Yeah okay I'm from 1955 and that SOUNDS like a LOTTA money, but it's not cuz it blew the top of my head clean OFF the pizza was phenomenal!!! & it took three meals to take away that large pizza from my fridge: & it passed the First Law of Pizzas which is: It's Better Cold than Hot... AND those lava cakes; I still have TWO in the fridge cuz I'm still recovering from the Oral Orgasm... from the First One.

I ordered ahead of time online for pizza for my son's birthday. (around an hour before we wanted it delivered) Their website took our address and had given us the Dominoes it would be coming from. 10 minutes before our scheduled delivery time I get a call that they found out we are not within their delivery area and gave me a number to another Dominoes that "might" be able to deliver to us. Since we had a few family members coming over to celebrate and at that point ordering from anywhere else would take longer I tried calling back to see if I could come pick up our order. After 10 minutes on hold they said they had never cancelled the order so I could come pick it up. If I wouldn't have asked to be able to remove the tip I had put on the online order they would have kept the $10 tip and $2.99 delivery charge on my card. They also forgot my salad but by the time I got home 40 min late for my kid's bday I didn't have the energy to call and request money back. I think I'll be finding a new place to order my pizza. If they would have been able to tell me upfront they couldn't deliver to my address I could have arranged other plans. The whole thing wasn't...

Great ordering system on their website; even allows you to choose to put ingredients on just half the pizza and which half. So if you want just want pepperoni and peppers on the left side and meatball and extra cheese on the right side, but mushrooms all over, you can do it. You may have to turn the box to get the sides to correspond. 8-} It was fun to watch the graphics on the website as your order went through each step from "Order in" to "Preparing" on through "Out for Delivery." It actually show a little guy doing each step. The last step, he takes your order off the counter and turns to off screen and hands the order to an unseen driver. The driver was neatly dressed and courteous. Since I had already paid on line, I just had to sign a credit receipt and got a copy. Tip the driver and he was off. Took less than a minute. Domino's Pizza has always been good. We got 2 medium pizzas this time. They were a little weird in that they were cut in squares instead of the traditional wedges. Took some getting used to, but the flavor was still there. BTW, Thin crust pizza can stick to the cardboard if you don't slide something...
