I came in twice on Saturday for help with Schluter and both times I was helped by associates that gave me mismatched items. The first time, they gave me curved when I asked for straight, and the second time I came back, they gave me 5 of the correct shape, but one of them was the wrong width.

When I came in today to exchange the 1/2” that was mistakenly given to me for a 3/8,” I was informed they won’t refund it because it’s a non-returnable item. I didn’t even choose it so how would I be punished for their staff picking the wrong product for me? I told them that and they didn’t respond. They just ignored me and continued with the store-credit exchange. Even worse, they stood there while I unsuccessfully tried to scan one of their store credit gift cards since they owed me money back and did not attempt to assist me. They told me they “yeaaaah that’s weird” every time it read card error… I finally told them I would just eat the cost. I’m pretty disappointed in this store. I waited for months for this store to open and was so excited. I purchased some wood flooring which I was very happy with. Went back to get a transition strip. They didn’t have anything that matched great but I finally found something. It didn’t come with anything to secure it so went back. I told them what I needed and they told me they didn’t carry that. I asked them why they would sell something that they didn’t carry the piece that was needed to secure it to the floor. No answers. They try to tell me that it needed to be glued down. I said no and showed them on my phone what I needed. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed that they do not carry everything needed to support the other products they carry. I won’t...
