At first I really liked this place. The Donuts, croissants, and kalaches were of good quality and it is located near my home for easy access. The problem occurred from the beginning and continued thru my 4th visit when I just got tired of “the woman’s”attitude. She’s not friendly even though saying, “ have a nice day”. This last time was finally the “icing on the donut” when I arrived at 5:30 and not much was on the shelves. One side completely empty. I thought maybe she had some in the back that hadn’t been put on the the shelves yet; but when I asked she said “no, it’s too early” with that unfriendly attitude she has. If you have a sign in lights that says OPEN and it’s 5am you shouldn’t be turning people away because it’s “too early”… I know some donut shops that open at 5am that have been cooking since 3am and are REALLY OPEN by 5am. If she was a friendly person I probably would overlook this, but with her snotty attitude, it’s the last time for me! I’ll find another donut shop just as fresh and good quality. H‑E‑B is conveniently located down the street from me also and open at 6am…And cheaper! BTW I always spend anywhere from $12-$20 everytime I go in...
Read moreHad a poor experience with this doughnut shop. I took my son in about age five at the time and after he told the guy what he wanted along with getting a couple of other doughnuts for my daughter at home. When I attempted to pay all I had was a card and I had to spend the minimum. I told the man I was only wanting a couple of doughnuts for my kids, total was like $5.00 bucks. At that point the guy took the doughnuts out of my sons hands and we immediate left. I told my son we will go to somewhere else and we did just that. To this day we have never been back nor plan too. In general the guy was just plain rude in how he...
Read moreAnytime I am going by UPS, I make it a point to stop at this donut shop. I wouldn't even do that for Round Rock donuts, although I do love them too. It's just that every time I bite into one of this shop's donuts, its kinda like the delicate flavors I experience with Kyoto's sushi, but with donuts.
I've never gone in for glazed donuts, but if they are down to glazed when I get in there (typically just before they close) I happily buy a couple glazed donuts and thoroughly enjoy them. I'm not kidding. Give this place a try. They will...
