Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgetown

Very disappointed about my order that was placed at this location today. Decided to get a cold sub since the young lady on the grill had a bunch of orders going. The cheese looked real transparent, so I mentioned to the employee that the cheese looks thinner than normal. Her response was that it’s hot in here so it’s making the cheese melt. I thought ok that’s odd because this should be kept in the cooler to prevent that. The bread for my club sub looked thinner than normal. The girl that was on the register never changed her gloves when she topped my sub. After I paid for my order I waited to see if she was going to change her gloves and she never did. When I asked her response was “we only change gloves for cash transactions.” Anytime and employee touches anything other than food or the utensils used to make the food gloves should be changed. That prevents illnesses like food poisoning. No manager was on duty and I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere by debating with the individuals that were there, so I just left. Couldn’t believe how long I had to wait before someone would even acknowledge I was standing there. There was no line. Just me. But the employees were busy making other orders (online orders maybe?) and flat out refused to look up. Must’ve been a solid 7-8 minutes before someone said they’d be with me. No smiles from anyone. Just heads down the whole time. They forgot to give me my kid’s cookie with his meal at the end too. I am SO TIRED of paying for EXTRA MEAT on a sandwich and literally Never getting what i order. This is the 3rd time in a row. I love Jersey Mike's, but I'm done with this Location.

And what's worse, the girl working there looked directly in my Eyes and said YES, IT HAS EXTRA MEAT. I knew there was no way by the weight, but she insisted. I get home, unwrap it, and it Barely has the NORMAL amount.
