Order online, only half order comes in. Driver doesnât understand English. I call store. I am on the phone quite a while, someone answers and put me on hold. He did that several times. At one point he asked me my address 3 times. Put me on hold, and the proceeded to ask my name 6 times. At one point he asked me to turn up my volume; mind you, I have hearing aids. He said I canât hear you, and to turn up my volume, and smartly told me where I could find the buttons. I said you need to turn up your and dropped a f bomb. After 20 to 30 minutes of aggravation I tend to lose my patience. I am a disabled Veteran with PTSD, and I bet you donât teach your folks customer relations I guess. Since I am a âghostâ in your system, I canceled payment in this order. If anyone is looking for that money, feel free to contact me. I want to know what happened to that manager, until then, I wonât be back at that place. I am retired, I may even picket that place that tolerates scumbags hanging up on people. Do you ever consider that little sissy new generational flakes push old retired people to their limits, and f bombs are justified??? Laziness, can lead to manipulation, and that nonsense of âhe cussedâ at me is not going to fly; especially what you and Door Dash charges. I you care to get this order straight, and tell me what happened to that rude sub human, call me. It is in the order. Disgusting food experience to say the least, on food that normally tastes well.    Read moreAlways enjoy their pizza but the phone service on a busy night with someone who isn't trained and follows requests poorly because she works off assumptions was available. It is taxing to make a call like that. We aren't disarming a bomb. She wasn't rude. She just needs more training and needs to not assume but ask for clarification. The online menu doesn't list specials. Would be great if local restaurants had codes for specials they could throw on their site and it could be ordered online. Anyways, didn't want to spend over $40 when I I got the impression the representative and I were not on the same page. Want my order to be correct. Not really certain of other people's issues. Never had the grief the seem to be having. Outside ordering being painful vs a quick back and forth, I have never had a problem, but I will get something else tonight to avoid compounding the communication issue. I understand it takes time to learn but offer options, answer inquiries, and then ask what the consumer wants. Then repeat the final order.
Update: You misunderstand. Normally I have a good experience. Tonight it was difficult so I had Papa Johns. I rated 4 stars for past experiences on the whole. It isn't fair to tank a score over one encounter when others have been good. This is why instead of a five you got a 4. The service tonight was a 2 or 3. I'll be back just wanted you to work on couching new hires.

   Read moreUsed to be a decent place. They had an absolute meltdown July 25th. I arrived 30 minutes after ordering, pizza was not ready. Guy behind the counter pointed which order on the screen was mine to the pizza maker. She was making perhaps one pizza every 10 minutes. No idea why she was deliberately "slow walking" them. People in the lobby volunteered to me that it was a disaster and I should just leave. I've been there every Tuesday for years - I wasn't ready to give up. The whole time I was there (over an hour) the phone rang non-stop. It was answered only twice. During that hour the lobby became increasingly full, some customers actually yelling in frustration. Meanwhile, the workers ignored the phone and would no longer acknowledge the customers in the lobby, and made six or seven pizzas in the hour+ that I was there. One guy, picked up three pizzas and told the workers that the customers were being unreasonable. What a clueless SOB he was. Never got my order even though they charged my credit card. Have been back twice for my money, there is never anyone there with authority to refund. It's only $30ish but the fact that I can't get it back and the absolute reprehensible customer service has bought them a lifetime poor recommendations from me. I'd sooner go to the joint across the street where the teenage boy uses his male unit to adorn pizzas of customers who dare to visit within an hour of closing time. At least they didn't...
