Its sad that you cant support black owned companies anymore. The level of disrespect that was giving today will not be tolerated no matter what you own or operate...People fell to realize if you disrespect the people that is spending their money in your company is a quick way for your company to loose business REAL QUICK.. We ordered are food the cashier didnt have change she asked the lady next to her who was counting money.. she told her to wait..( she has been counting the same money since before we came in ,kept complaining that people was distracting her) we waiting another 5mins the lady asked again she got real nasty an disrespectful.. THey just gone have to wait!!!! i was shocked that she felt comfortable to be that ignored and disrespectful running some ones business..(remind you she stopped to talk to multiple people plus give a order out) i said wow she didnt have to be disrespectful..she stop counting told the cashier to void the transaction.. Told us they dont have it we gotta go next door.. All this cause she cant count money plus she was using a calculator....counted the same money 0ver 5x.. shouldnt nobody be working customer service if you dont no how to be respectful.. second shouldnt be handling money if you cant money.. Everybody no 5 $20 bills is a $100 she made a big deal about something simple..That spooky!!!.    Read moreMs. Angie, I notice you have a lot of positive reviews for your establishment and every once and awhile you may have an unsatisfied customer. That's just the nature of the business. Today I visited your restuarant for the first time and this was an hour before closing. I ordered the chicken with mac and greens. Unfortunately, you were out of the greens, so I took the broccoli casserole as a substitute. I don't know if today was a bad day in the kitchen or if this is the norm for the restaurant, but my taste buds and stomach was very unsatisfied with the dinner. The chicken was over cooked, the mac and cheese was dry, like it set out to long. I just threw that away. The broccoli casserole was not fresh and a little mushy. Maybe this was due to your place trying not to be wasteful an throwing away access food at the end of the night. (Nothing was cooked fresh)
After making my way through the chicken and taking a few bites of the broccoli casserole, my stomach could take it anymore and I was forced to pray homage to the porcelain God.
Like I mention, this is just the nature of the business, and you can't make everyone happy. But as customer who prides himself on supporting BOBs, it would only be Just that I share my experience in hopes it will make a difference. Please don't take this as criticism, but as a learning experience from a customer who wants nothing more than anything for you to succeed.
Thank...

To start they try to make most things to order except the fried chicken which seems to stay under heat lamp all day. Nothing wrong but there needs to be a time window so that someone's first lunch isn't ruin by dried out chicken. With most things being cooked to order your average wait will be at least 5 minutes. Now its nothing wrong with cooking to order but at least make sure the wedges are not burned at lunch or if you will be selling a 'breakfast platter' at $4.35 including tax put 3 slices on bacon in the plate instead ton of eggs in dire need of season and more than enough grits. Overall I was disappointed because with the wait, over pricing and lack of satisfaction with the food- I can pay less and not have a wait just by stopping at Ingles Deli. The same breakfast platter for $4 at Angie's would be less than $3 at Ingles (plus I can get a extra slice of bacon!). The folks running it seems pretty happy with the overall operation although I was wary of the food inspection posted as a 'B' at 83 which pretty much all in all makes today my own likely second...
