Billy Bellamy I would love a good number to call you in regards to your manager Teja on Sunday January 26th 2020 at 12:39 p.m. I placed an order that wasn't ready at the window they pulled me up I waited 12 minutes they brought the food to me it was cold, when they told me I was waiting for hot food. I went in she said I had to wait another 5 minutes I waited and when she did bring me my food she had an attitude she practically threw my order in front of me and snatched the old bag from the counter that was in front of me and threw it in the trash. S hardo that the food that was inside the bag fell out onto the floor. I still had other items in the bag that they weren't replacing like my motts. I told her my mozzarella sticks were still in that bag with an attitude throwing her hands all over the place she's like what do you have what do you have in the most rude tone loud for the whole restaurant could hear her and I'm like why would you snatch the bag and throw it away without me even having the option of grabbing my one hot item out of the bag and you just take the cold thing I mean this is how rude she was then she starts arguing with me at the counter but how nice and civilized she was being with me I would love for you to take the camera and look at how rude she was and when she snatched the bag from me that was in front of me on the counter I looked at the customer that was next to me and me and her looked at each other like, Did that just happen and this girl is yelling at everybody in the front not to take any more orders noones keeping up, we have too many orders so she was frustrated and didn't have the mentality to be a manager...
Read moreI can’t review the food because I didn’t receive any. This review is about having mobile ordering open while the store is not. The hours listed here ARE NOT CORRECT. Their website will still allow you to place an order even after they are closed and they will not refund you.
I placed a mobile order from this Arby’s on 3/7/22 around 10:15 pm. Their website listed them as open, and their website allowed me to place the order. The hours on google maps were listed as open as well. When I got there ten minutes later they had long since been closed for the night. I contacted someone in customer service the next day via their online contact form and they got back with me on 3/11 stating he could not refund my card because it was a “non reloadable visa gift card.” I used my visa debit card. I have gotten many refunds to this card. He offered me a gift card. I have no desire to return to Arby’s after this incident so I said no thanks, and that he needed to try to refund my money again. No response. It has been over 3 weeks since I’ve heard anything. I called customer service this morning and the woman I spoke with told me that she couldn’t do anything because the case was already started but if they’re not doing anything about it for over 3 weeks then I don’t know what else to do. This is obviously a problem if you’re not going to change your hours to when you’re open. It shouldn’t be that hard to shut off mobile ordering if you’re not open. Read moreDecided to use coupon for free Gyro, as I wanted to try them. Brought a friend, as we were going home from shopping and another friend had told us that they really liked the Arbys Gyros.
We went through the drive thru initially. I was told that the coupon was one per car, when it stated one per customer.
We went in to order, then the manager told us we we have to order together, that they did not take 2 copies of a coupon. My friend said he was not going to order or buy anything from them with this kind of attitude. So, I ordered 1 Gyro, and she took 15 minutes to put my order in after she rung it up because she did not want to honor the coupon at all. I asked if this was her way of refusing me service, and I told her that I was not going away until she gave me what I ordered.This was a really bad experience and it made me think! Do I really want to come back? Not with a Manager with a bad attitude about a promotion!
I do not think she should be a Manager, and will not recommend this location until she is removed as an employee.
