After placing an order Anjelica (drive-thru cashier) was so rude :( it’s weighing on my heart because I feel I tolerated it instead of addressing her in a direct respectful manner F2F. Its exhausting. This wasn’t the first bad experience at this location . I waited over 20 mins for my food w/ only 1 person in line. Shake was delicious. Fires were fresh, unique tasting seasoning, but toooo much salt. She didn’t greet me @ the window. While collecting my funds she stepped away quickly. After handing me my drink and card. I didn’t receive a straw. I tried to make the request. Before I could the window shut in my face. I assume she was turning around to get it but then she walked away. After handing me my bag .. I asked for sauce & straw directly. She gave me the sauce but neglected my request for a straw. I considered “maybe” the tone of my voice is too low. “Maybe” the straw is in the bag, it wasn’t. While in the process of trying to capture her attention. She already walked away. I said “ excuse me” and waited second for her to respond . She looked @ me 3xs and chose to ignore me. Then proceeded to lean on the front line counter and wait for her coworker to pass … stopping her in her tracks with both hands full with a tea errands to assist me. The lady put down the machines, and I was finally able to get the straw and the coworker apologized on her behalf for the simple mistake. I didn’t say anything about Anjelica. I got the straw and went on my way. However … now that I think of this … she made the CHOICE to intentionally ignore me. That’s problematic and disrespectful. I didn’t deserve this. I tried to rationalize why I was being treated this way … I assume maybe it’s late, “everyone’s tired “ . NO Excuse. The 2nd coworker had a sincere character like most people in customer service. . Theres a difference from being tired or having a bad day @ work. This young lady Anjelica dropped the ball several times. Whereas if she followed typical procedures this could’ve been avoided, even if she lacks character. SIDENOTE: Arby’s was my first Job when I was a teen. I was happy to be serve. I don’t want to leave a bad review however, some people lack in the customer service dep because they don’t have ethics. My experience was a PRIME EXAMPLE as to why no-one goes there. However, It was refreshing to see them open late, in the past …they would shut down before closing. Corporate can hand out free coupons all day for their employee mistakes, but if y’all don’t use discernment while hiring, the BUISNESS will continue to suffer. It’s sad to see not many customers @ this location.

I pulled up on Thursday, January 6, at 9:35 and I saw that the menu looked like it had a deal for a medium chocolate mint shake that was the same price as the small. I tried to order that, but figured out very quickly that it must be a mistake. That was fine, I ordered a small. However, the woman taking my order gave me a lot of attitude as if I was demanding something that I knew wasn't possible, even though it was just a mistake. When I came to the window I just let them know that the advertisement might need to get updated and she got very upset with me again and gave me more lip and then explained by saying "look, the price is what is pulled up in the machine for a small what do you want me to do about it!!?" And I said "Oh, no, you don't have to do anything for me, I just wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn't cause future confusion" then she was very kind to me when she realized my intentions. I don't see why she isn't trained to deescalate a situation first, instead of jumping to the conclusion that I'm attacking them. Poor training, but that's a person by person thing.

One night I sat in line nearly an hour only to get halfway home to discovery the bag contained roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. Had to drive back and wait inside for some time to get the order corrected. This photo is from Sept 22, today, I choked on plastic that was inside my gyro. I was excited when I pulled up because no one was in line, but my gyro was warm, not hot, and it had plastic in it. I went inside and showed the young lady, she has it prepared again. U told her to tell by the young man to be careful. I saw him grabbing meat from the torn bag to put in the fryer or stove (couldn't see what machinery it was from the front) and I can absolutely see how it happened. Maybe having zip lock type bags can prevent this in the future.

I get the greek gyros a few times a week. Delicious. Would give 5 stars if the drive thru line wasn't long every time I go. One night I sat in line nearly an hour only to get halfway home to discovery the bag contained roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. Had to drive back and wait inside for some time to get the order corrected. This photo is from Sept 22, today, I choked on plastic that was inside my gyro. My gf came home from her travels boasting about the new burger that she had from Arby's! Now let me say this I haven't had beef since 7/4, and that was a ribeye beef bone! Since that time, I have been plantbase! But after listening to her, I was curious and fening to try one! The closest Arby's to us at the time was 30 minutes from away! Once we arrived, we ordered two of the steakhouse wagu burger combo meals plain! We received the buns, patties, fries, and two peach lemonades to the tune of twenty-six dollars! Once we got home, I added some Dukes mayonnaise, brown mustard, tomatoes, homemade pickles, a slice of onion, a slice of gouda cheese, and a spinach and Arugula mix! Ok, let me start with the patties! The patties looked nothing like the patties on the commercials! It was flat, rubbery and tastless as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long! The bun was toasted nicely! But once I put the mayonnaise on it, it's like it the mayonnaise disappeared! The fries were ok and heated up nicely in my convection oven! The peach lemonade tasted like it was from a mix and had a bit of a aftertaste! I added some peach Crowne Royal, which made it go down a little smoother! As a matter of fact, after a few slips of my peach lemonade with the PCR, I was able to get the over cooked tasteless burger down! My gf was so disappointed that after a few bites, hers went into the trash! Then, to make matters worse, the Arby's commercial of this burger came on tv again! And just like before, the burgers we had looked nothing like what was on the commercial! A few hours after I consumed mine, I wanted to go and purge because the tasteless burger felt like I had eaten a rubber boot that was just sitting in my stomach! My gf kelp saying this was nothing like what she had tried while she was out of town and that it was better when cooked fresh! Oh well, I guess I will never know! I ordered chicken finger and sandwiches. Well, something went wrong because they made me pull forward saying they were making the food fresh. Well, after 15 mins I went inside to get the food. It was already sitting on the counter getting cold. The young man pushed the bag over to me and asked if I needed sauce. I said bbq and ketchup. He gave it to me then said ' I dont see how you eat that stuff's. I left thinking about what he said. I drive off and my son says I can't eat the chicken because it's too hard. I look at the chicken and it's so hard you have to use force to break it. Its like they fried it three times over. Or they were old.The sandwiches (beef n cheddar and chicken sandwich fried)were warm not hot and after taking a few bites I started getting hives all over my arms and face. I threw the remainder of my meal and the rest of the food out. It was horrible 2 weeks later the hives went away. I couldn't eat only drink water. I was beyond sick. My skin itched. Constantly applying allergy cream and taking allergy medication.

I eat at arby's where I live and get the same food and never has this happened before. It's a disgrace. I will never eat there again or recommend anyone.
