Just don’t do it. We went last weekend, and I was so excited because I haven’t had Auntie Annes in a WHILE (been trying to be gf for health reasons), but both my and my husband’s cinnamon pretzel nuggets came out half crispy, half soggy, and only the ones on top had any cinnamon sugar on them (which was barely anything at all). The employee working the register had to ring up two orders because she wasn’t listening and didn’t hear the second half of our order. And the pretzels were twice the cost as before. BRO THERE IS SOAP IN THE SLUSHY, here in the outlet it was hot as crap and I wanted something cold hmm why not a slushie. I chunged it like a champ till it melted and the liquid showed the true content inside. You tell me, is my drink supposed to start foaming. Terrible service, line was wrapped around the corner and only one window was open even though their were several employees there on Black Friday. Employees coughed, sneezed and blew their nose and did not wash hands or wear gloves, they didn't have any regular pretzels available after everyone waited in line forever and cashier told employee to fill up everyone who ordered a drink cup up to the rim with ice so they can save on drinks directly in front of the customers.
