Arrived to a long line but it went fairly quickly (was 10th in line & waited 10-12 min). Asked for a cheese pretzel (no pepperoni) & agreed to wait 15 min for it. Had a little “back & forth” w/ the manager b/c she wanted to charge me the pepperoni pretzel price. She ended up cutting me off & telling her VERY NICE & ACCOMMODATING cashier OLIVIA to charge the pepp. price, but take 10% off. This place is terrible. The workers are rude and clearly act like they don't want to be there. I was ordering food for my family of 5 and the person taking my order had a bad attitude the whole time and was questioning why I needed so much food. Then the next worker checking me out was rolling her eyes and when I asked her if my food came with sauce she said no. So I asked her if I could order some, she asked me what I wanted and only gave me 1. Then told me, next time you need to tell us you want sauce because there is a long line. I have the Auntie Anne’s rewards app right ? They always want you to have it. I have it and as it was my birthday they gave me a free pretzel for my birthday. Well I tried to redeem it but the rewards machine is not working apparently hasn’t been working for a while. So because the owner doesn’t wish to fix it or whatever the issue is I wasn’t able to redeem it or even gain points. I think they are ludicrous and the management needs to be better and improve.
