THINK TWICE BEFORE you Order!! I had the most outrageous experience dealing with this particular location. I ordered a cake online - 8 days before pickup date and received a confirmation. I called the day before to confirm the order - emphasis on ‘I CALLED’ Person who answered asked me to call back in 30 minutes when manager returned because she couldn’t find my order. First red flag! Next, I called 45 minutes later and was Informed that they were going through renovations and didn’t have a baker, therefore the cake was not going to be made. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to GO to the actual location to get it because they couldn’t do it online (even though I placed the order online) 2nd Red Flag! I informed her that this was unacceptable and inconvenient because now I have to find out how to get another cake and I was able to do so at another location although, it’s very hard to find a location that accepts next day orders, which is what I was forced to find due to their inconsiderate behavior. What was even more appalling, the manager never got back to me. I am glad I decided to call but I should never have found out this way! This is no way to run a business. Read moreI came here because I really wanted to try the new Freak Shakes Dunkin’ Donuts was advertising for National Ice Cream month.
I pulled up in the drive through and asked whether they could make the donut freak shake for me and I was told yes although the gentleman seemed to hesistate as though it was something he did not want to do. I went ahead and ordered then as soon as I pull up to the window, I am told they ran out of “supplies” to make the shake...
How? The donut shake literally just consists of a specific ice cream (which they had in stock because he offered to make a ‘sundae shake’ with the same flavor of ice cream instead), whipped cream, one whole donut and a kabob of munchkins. I then asked for a different freak shake and he said they ran out of supplies for ALL the shakes — how convenient.
I was peeved and I’m sure he could tell. I went ahead and just ordered a regular cookies and cream shake. He gave me a bag of — gasp! DONUTS! For the inconvenience! So if you had donuts in stock and you had the flavor of ice cream. You ALSO had whipped cream... what exactly was missing except for your work ethic to do your job?
Extremely disappointed with this visit and will try to avoid this location...

It wasn't good, tasted like the leaves were rancid. I came back through the drive-thru only 5 minutes later and asked to swap the drink out. They asked if I had the receipt, I paused and said well I was literally just here. they said well you have to have the receipt. Luckily I had it because I was given the impression that I would have been stuck with a rancid drink if I did not have it. Seriously, people, I'm not asking for my money back, nor was a returning a $1k TV. If someone is petty enough to cheat you over a $2 drink, just chalk it up to the cost of doing business. I'm sure it rarely happens. I felt insulted and as if they felt they were doing me a favor by swapping out their spoiled a$$ drink. Bad customer service really leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.
