Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Georgia

I ordered a meal in the drive thru and attempted to pay at the window with a gift card. I'd recently used it and remembered how much was on it so I knew I wouldn't have an issue using it. However, when what appeared to be the manager swiped my card, nothing happened and he tried to give it back saying it didn't work. He only swiped it once, didn't attempt to put in the card number or anything, and was looking at me as though I was trying to scam him or something. I repeatedly told him the balance on the card and asked him to try again because clearly his system wasn't working, and he gave me a dirty, looked and continued to try my card. The sweet girl next to him gave me my food while I waited and he continued to struggle as I waited. Finally, someone else came up and tried to help him swipe my card and it finally went through. I said thank you when he gave me my card back, but he ignored me and walked away. He was incredibly rude and accusatory. Worst service ever!!! 9-29-19 - Out in Stockbridge area and decided on a snack and dessert, with family. Missed turn at the light and turned at Burger King entrance. Don't go there if you have to turn left. Light skipped us several times so we turned right, and turned around via another location. Got there and were taken care of, and food came out piece by piece. My wife's first, which was good, desserts, and then the other meals. Drink options are varied, but not like the full drink machines at other places. There seemed to more Blizzard choices here. Ended up getting burger meal with rings, Chicken strips with fries, and grilled chicken meal with fries. Got Caramel milkshake, Pecan Cluster Blizzard, but asked for pecans to be switched to chopped nuts, and got another Blizzard since the cotton candy one was out for my son; and a strawberry and banana smoothie for my daughter. Fries were hot. Chicken sandwich was ok. Pecans weren't switched out. Milkshake was kind of made in a way I wouldn't suggest. Otherwise food was good, we ate there, and manager and staff were...

We ordered late an hour before closing and our meal was horrible. It wasn't fresh; fries were cold, meat was PINK and there was no bacon on the burger ordered. It was replaced the next day and the white guy had a complete attitude when I called to explain how the order was still not correct. He mentioned he put bacon on the burger himself and hung up after I said I'll talk to the Indian Owner tomorrow. He still added onions and mayo which was not asked for on the receipt. Nevertheless it's only good and fresh when the owners are working during the day!!!! Any time after 4 p.m. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! JUST STICK WITH THE ICE CREAM SELECTIONS!!!!
