I used to go and to tell you the truth every time I've been there is a pain because they're always forgetting something I ordered. My food most of the time is missing an item or it's just the wrong thing. But enough is enough the last time I went the cashier didnt look like she knew.what she was doing and kept on messing up and iwas really patient because if been there in her position. It's not easy when you're not used to do something. I ordered for myself and my kid and then I had orsered for my husband and when the food I noticed it wasn't enough so I went back and got something else and the cashier had told me how much it was and to swipe the card when I saw the total. And that's what I did then when I had already paid the manager comes and asks the cashier what is she doing on the computer that she had been charging me too much. And I was like surprised because I had already paid but the manager said that the transaction was not in their system and I was like but I already paid. She didn't see the transaction so kept on contradictinh me and even though I showed her in my bank website it was the transaction she didn't care. I asked her to give me what I had ordered and just give the difference between what I had ordered and how much I had paid but she no. Then I told her to at least give me what I had ordered even if I didn't get the difference. But she still say NO. That.if ahe did that she would have to pay it from her pucket, which I doubt that. But I asked what was I suppoaed to do if I had already paid and she wasn't going to guve me anything. Basically she didn't give f*. I mean it was a quesadilla, I know what's like to be in a fast food restaurant and she didn't want to give me my quesadilla that I needed it for my husband because he wasnt going to eat a tiny thing, it just wasn't just enough. She could've given it to me. And.no I wasnt looking to get anything free only what it was just. If they do it with people that complain about other things that make no sense and she didn't want to give me.what was fair. That's just some bull sh I'm sorry but my husband wirks his a** off to be just throwing money away. Because that's practically what happened, I just left I didnt want to deal with that anymore and I'm writing this review because I dont want it to happened to someone else. They give a manager position to someone that doesn't know how to deal with situations like mine. I called corporate but nothing, I don't know what people think that just because someone calls to complain is to get something free. Personally I do NOT like doing that, I just asked what was fair. They said they would call me with three days to let me know if I would a refund and I haven't heard from anyone. As it is for me I'm not going to that place anymore. They're always messing up my orders anyway. I was just trying to be understandable but really enough is enough. It is up to y'all if y'all go there. I DO NOT recommend that...
Read moreI ordered on the mobile app, which I always do at Taco Bell, normally with no issue. This particular location had a bit of a line when I arrived, but nothing too crazy. I pulled into their dedicated mobile pickup lane of the drive-thru (I would find out later that the lobby was closed, but with no sign posted anywhere). They serviced 3 cars in the normal drive-thru lane, continuing to ignore me. I was sitting there for 15 minutes, during which time, they managed to fill a single order.
Now I'm staring at 5 or 6 cars in front of me, and at 15 minutes per order and my 3yo starting to whine about how hungry he was, I decided to just have them cancel the order. So I have to ask cars to back up enough that I can get through, go around and park, only to learn that the lobby is closed. So I get someone's attention who is bringing out an order for a delivery driver, but she doesn't really know how to cancel a mobile order, so I have to go through 2 more employees, only to be told that they've cancelled the order on site, but I'll have to go through the app for reimbursement, which doesn't have a number to call or anything. At this point, they have more than 10 cars in the line. And the kicker was that the lady I finally spoke to, who they acted like was a manager or supervisor, was completely unconcerned with my issues. No apology, no attempt to make things right. Just "We're backed up." That doesn't really explain why they're only to fill one order out 15 minutes,...
Read moreImagine you're incredibly hungry after a long day at work and your options are limited because it's late. You decide on Taco Bell because it is a fast food chain known for it's late night hours and delicious menu. Except you choose to go to the Taco Bell in Stockbridge.. this isn't your first time ordering here so you know not to expect much because 9 times out of 10, this location will find someway to astronomically eff up you order. You get home and begin to open your bag, you notice they forgot the straws. As you start to take "your items" out of the bag, you also notice there's no napkins, sauce or utensils. While you think about how you're going enjoy your baja freeze (that you were lucky enough to actually get) with no straw and how you're going to eat your veggie bowl with no fork or spoon, you notice that you're missing whole items. Those nacho fries you were salivating over in the line at the drive thru are nowhere to be found, yet you paid for them. You also notice that the soft taco you specifically asked for is in fact a hard shell taco. For some reason you received fiesta potatoes you never ordered. The reality of your decision to go to the Taco Bell in Stockbridge sets in, the rest of your night is ruined.
I'm not sure if this is a result of careless employees or bad management but regardless, this location is rarely able to provide correct and even fresh food. Safe your self the aggravation and go to a different...
