I usually buy almost every day in this store, I always find good products, mainly I take advantage of the $99 Mondays I have always bought without problem. But today my experience has been terrible!! I spent almost two hours looking for the $99 items and when I was ready to pay the cashier told me that she would not sell me the clothes because the label had been had been changed. How can she know that? Obviously I hadn't done that I told her it wasn't my fault I just chose my products it's not up to me that she believed that, I just wanted her to respect the price of $99 for the color, she refused and said she would sell it to me at the original price, I refused to pay full price because I didn't think it was right for her to refuse to respect the $99 deal. I had to leave my items just because she refused to respect the price. It was very unfair to me. Goodwill you need better policies when it comes to appliances, bought a lamp. The other day went home, washed it plugged it up to find out that it did not work returned it a day later they told me that they were not able to give me a store refund or my money back, then proceeded to tell me that a shirt that I bought that was on my receipt was not on my receipt and did not give me my money back Goodwill now owes me $20 but honestly, I do not want it. You will no longer be getting my services. I will go and buy full price just to eliminate the trouble of buying things that do not work or something I no longer need/ want and a manager telling me that what I bought is not on my receipt. Everything was fine until I dropped my wallet. I realized it was mine when I saw it in the manager's hand. I told him it was mine; expecting him to check my ID and return it.
