I am not sure if Domino's Pizza just wants to make money and keeps the store around and I am truly believing that Domino's doesn't care about their customers and the service they so provide, as I leave this post I have to shamefully admit. I have never had such bad customer service in quite a while. I ordered a pizza about 12:26 p.m. today of as of this post that pizza arrived 2 hours later, I tried calling the store many times on their regular service line their customer service line and it would just ring out and then eventually I got through. So I asked where my pizza is. At that time. My girlfriend then sees a driver which is 2 hours late with the delivery. So we have cold pizza. We then decide to call the store and we got through and the only thing the manager and the associate would do to correct the situation is to bring another pizza which more than likely will be 2 hours late because they don't have any drivers. When my girlfriend then gets upset and tells them that they need to fix this problem because she had ordered a Uber to go and see what's going on at the store. That is when the delivery driver came so she had to pay a cancellation fee which is $7. So when telling the manager and the associate this the associate then decides to tell us that we should shut the faster CK up and it's snowing outside and there's bad weather. And proceeds to hang up on us! If this isn't the sorryest excuse for a restaurant which has been around for over 10 years well over 20 years and this is the service that they provide. What's interesting is we are disabled people. We don't have the option or luxury to drive to that location to get our items. We have to pay to get things delivered, so the least the store could have done notify us that are that the order is running late, you have an app, you have a phone. Phone you can copy people just like people call you and tell people that there's going to be a problem. Not give them empty promises of more cold pizza to come in the future because there's an issue with them not hiring enough drivers. That's a store problem. They can fix it by hiring individuals in this economy which need hiring. It is sad I will not be ordering anything from this store ever again because this is not the first time that this has happened. This is about maybe the second or third time and from reading other comments below. I can see that this is something that has continued for quite...
Read moreRacial Discrimination. I went in to pick up my order because I got a notice that my order was ready. When I walked in, one of the employee did not even bother asking the name of my order and told me that my order was not ready. So I just patiently waited. 5-10 minutes later, an African-American lady comes in to pick up her order. Except this time, she kindly asks for her information and what not in regards of what her order was and the name of the order on it. Then, she kindly apologizes saying it is still not ready and that it will be right out. Another 10 minutes later, another African-American lady comes in and she was also treated the same, nicely welcomed and sincerely sorry for not having their orders ready. Even until here, I tried to understand.
However, after another 10 minutes passed, I finally spoke up and asked how much longer I had to wait. The employee that assisted the same three of us who were still waiting for our order, then got my orders in order and then came to the register to rung me up. As she was about to, one of the African-American lady who also asked right after about her order, the employee that was assisting me just rudely asked another employee to handle my order and she just went to assist her, in which she probably barely waited only 10 minutes. And then, the manager apologizes and offers her to make her something FREE on the house. Coincidentally, they were all African-American.
Not just that, when I brought my order, my pizzas looked so messy and gave me the wrong type of pasta.
I get how kitchen can get packed and the orders will delay. However, the customer service should be consistent and treat everyone the same. There are so many pizza places now a days, unless Domino's products are made out of gold, they better step up their game in Fair...
Read moreTerrible service, terrible food, and they treat their employees horribly. As a former employee, they were always complaining about shortages in money yet no one was allowed to open the till except the main managers and the assistant managers. Carry-out wait time is TERRIBLE and EVERY person that came to this Domino's during busy hours (5-9pm) know how long they had to wait to get their pizza just because we had to wait on the managers to wash their hands and stop making pizzas just to get CHANGE. People smoked in that store, and no, not cigarettes. Managers would come in late sometimes 2 hours late and the drivers and CSRs had to pick up the pieces. The manager's wife came in with their baby every so often which means a HYGIENE problem - touch a baby then touch the counters and food, handles to the door etc. I also found it weird that a general manager was able to work with his wife (an assistant manager) so, they both had access to the money. They always cut my hours saying that it would save them money yet people are complaining about slow service. If they stopped being greedy and thought about the customers instead of themselves, they would have MORE SERVICE - therefore - MORE MONEY. I don't expect this store to last in the next 5 years and if they do, I'd be shock. It's truly a trashy place to get your food and it's a trashy place to work at - they abuse their workers. You are better spending your...
