This was emailed to the corporate office. 2/19/2021 I am writing to the Corporate office about your store location, Address: 1721 Powder Springs Rd SW Ste 104, Marietta, GA 30064. I want my complaint forwarded to the regional manager of this store location. This evening, my family and I ordered a pizza from this location. Our order was incorrect for the 2nd time of ordering pizza from this location and received ABSOUTLEY terrible customer service from the manager onsite named Ashley. While she did not specifically call us liars when we let her know our order was incorrect, Ashely stated she “did not care” about what we received because she made the pizza. Ashley proceeded to say, “what we thought we ordered,” which I might add, is the same pizza every time was in our head and insisted she was correct. Ashley refused to acknowledge the mere possibility that there could have been a mistake and offered no apology. She did not suggest replacing or even give us another pizza, perhaps at half price, which we would have happily paid. As a manager in my profession, I would never treat my co-workers or my team with the pure lack of respect Ashley demonstrated. The tone was condescending and outright rude. When I commented, I realize I’m not your only customer, but I have been a frequent customer of that location. Ashely’s only reply was that “she did not care.” Ashely is not representative of the excellent customer service usually received. She should not be in a management role; Ashley needs serious customer service training and is a terrible representative of a great organization. I look forward to a reply from the Dominos Pizza...
Read moreRICH* @ #5740 just lost Dominos a customer FOR LIFE. On 4/30 Order 454970 was placed by computer at 10:31PM. A 7 item Pizza. Driver arrived with a 4 item pizza and Brownie. I showed the driver the sparsely covered jacked up pizza AND the actual order on my computer screen. I then called the manager Rich* with the driver standing in front of me. Rich* stated he would remake the pizza, but it was 11PM, so, he agreed a credit. I asked Rich* if I should give the food back to the driver & he said "Just keep it." I EVEN TIPPED THE DRIVER $3. Tonight, 5/20/16, I phoned Rich* for my credit pizza. He said I had NO ! credit because I did not pay for the mistake pizza. WHAT! Then he changed and said I had no credit because I did not pay for the dessert that came with the jack up pizza. WHAT! Then he changed and said that this was not the first time that I complained because my pizza was made wrong. WHAT! (Wait.. Well, that part is EXACTLY RIGHT. They ruin my dinner plans by making my pizza wrong or delivering it extremely late often.)
Incensed, I said that I was writing a complaint & would NEVER, EVER order from his Dominos again. Rich* responded "Go ahead." I hung up on him & HE ACTUALLY CALLED MY CELL PHONE BACK FROM THE STORE PHONE TO ARGUE WITH ME MORE. Dominos can check their phone log if they doubt me. Read moreThis has got to be the most missed managed Domino's I have ever had the displeasure unfortunately dealing with. I have spoken to the manager and owner before they assured me that they were going through transitional periods and to wait a while and come back this has happened four times this is now the fifth time. I will not be back again.. it is clear that they care nothing for the customer I literally live 3 minutes up the road and it took them 50 minutes to get here today. They said they were sending Barry and they sent a female instead I have no idea what's going on over there my boxes were crushed the pasta was poured out of one of the boxes the front of the one of the pizza boxes was covered in some kind of gooey white liquidy stuff didn't look like cheese I have no idea what it was I took pictures of all of this as you can see below. We ran after the delivery girl and got my money back and gave her back all the crush boxes. We got no apologies no nothing from her just a stone-cold face like she really didn't care. The management knows and I've heard nothing from them, they have not attempted to call and apologize or talk to me. I tried to call them they didn't answer the phone.
