I come to the same location every morning and normally have a great experience but today was the icing on the cake for me when I ordered my favorite drink that I get every morning and when receiving it through the window I could look at it and tell that through the clear-cup it wasn’t correct so I put the straw in and tasted it anyways and immediately told the drive thru worker that I have the wrong drink and he tried to tell me know it was correct and that I needed to taste it again I told him no because I get it every day and to things that I ordered and it were not present he got upset and asked for the drink back when I gave it to him he spoke another language to the lady standing behind him she looked at me and rolled her eyes and then they told someone I couldn’t see to just add sugar and cream and flavor . So I said out of my window “ hey can you please remake the entire drink because my straw was it it and now I don’t want all of you guys cans that have been touching it gloveless” I know for a fact I was heard because I got looked at in acknowledgment then the drive-thru worker decides to say “no we can’t remake the entire drink and hands me my cup right back” I threw it out because with the people’s tone and sound of voice , plus attitude given openly I was afraid to drink it & all three of them disappeared where I couldn’t view them from the window anymore. Sooo , maybe you do get what you pay for service wise and this one bad experience has ruined it for me with this place . I wish that the normal employees that are usually there and I see we’re present today !! Guess I’ll be going further down the way to Starbucks for coffee . MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER...
Read moreI used to come to this location all the time but recently they have been messing up my orders multiple times. I usually order online to just pick up my items once I get there. I had placed a mobile order for an iced drink and the new bacon avocado sandwich. I ask the worker if I can get a small portion or side of almond milk because it looked like no milk was added. The worker tells me they are out of almond milk so I ask for oatmilk next & states they are out. I ask them what kind of milk they have and she says regular. I asked for a refund since my order was not made correctly and I paid extra for almond milk and I would leave my coffee there. The worker stated there was nothing she could do. I leave with my unsatisfied coffee. That was not it. The moment I open my sandwich at work it is the wrong sandwich. No avocado, no tomato, and an added egg. I ordered the bacon tomato avocado sandwich. I call again to let them know my sandwich was incorrect. They ask me to come in with my sandwich soon but I could not go because I was already at work. Asked if I could get a refund or a replacement for the correct sandwhich another day. The same worker states that the only thing she could do for me is to give me a side of avocado when they have it in stock. I’m sorry this location’s customer service is not the best anymore. They do not care about messed up orders or let the customers know about menu items that are not available to order. Read moreTo all the drama bitchers like 'they refuse to up their staff' (for the one hour you have to be there everyone else is) and the whiners who 'didn't get their food before others got their coffee' people who woke up on the wrong side of the bed.. You are also the person who goes through the drive through for a huge breakfast vs just a coffee so the rest of have to wait because unless you are Completely clueless, food takes time to cook and by cook I mean no microwave involved cooking. The staff is always pleasant and maybe if you jerks would tip once in awhile you might just get your food faster because I know for a fact less than 10 guests in an entire day tip these sweet employees .. And there isnt a coffee house anywhere outside of Starbucks (and the reason you pay double the price for Crap nasty coffee) that is going to over staff a location that only sees high volume for just about 2.5 total hours of their entire 6am-11pm work day. I have lived exactly 1 mile from DD for over 2 years. I've never had an issue and have been through their drive thru no less than once a week every week at all times of the day from 7am until the moment they are closing at 11pm. (for anyone counting Thats easily over 100 trips) Not once have I waited (due to the staff) or has anyone been rude, but moreover they always make me smile and I have often left the drive thru laughing. ..
