I had a really bizarre experience at this Dunkin yesterday. I was there to use my free drink coupon, which I had earned from purchases & was excited to use. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window for my iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, the two young men inside were throwing ice at each other & initially ignored me. The young man making my latte was mixing it & half-heartedly shaking my cup, while throwing ice at his co-worker & onto the floor. He also came up to the drive-thru to put ice down his co-worker's shirt, while handling my drink & avoiding eye contact with me. Not only was this inappropriate customer service & definitively unsanitary, my latte turned out mediocre at best. It had no whip cream & did not taste like pumpkin--or even taste good. After I'd sat & waited awkwardly at the window for a few minutes while they deprioritized me & my order, the employee handed me the latte saying, "Here." Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I rarely treat myself, & the unprofessionalism of these two employees ruined what was supposed to be a special treat. I encourage the managers & owners to roll the tape around 2:45 PM on 11/2/2021 to review the series of health code violations & OSHA violations that I witnessed firsthand. Read moreI never go to this one. Thankfully, I have moved, so the new one at Bethelview and the one near Buford is closer to me. I had a friend previously work there, and I came to visit. He was on trash duty, so I went in to order a donut. I heard two people laughing and making conversation in the back, so I called to let them know someone was at the register. They stopped talking, and I stood there for like 3 minutes. I assume they thought I left, so they resumed back to talking. I said hello once again, and the manager (identified herself later) comes up front and asks me "what I want". She then tried to accuse the guy outside taking out handfuls of trash for failing to take my order, although she was right there ignoring my calls and carrying on conversation. Once I said that to her, she then flicked the owner's card at me and said, "If you want to complain, call him. I don't really care." I will definitely never give them service ever again, especially with the lack of cleaniness for this restaurant and the embarrassing slow pace the drive thru moves. I go In and ask about my order with my order number. The employee who was over the counter found out that the girl gave my order to someone else. 2nd-place another order for drive through. Tell the girl I’m picking up an online order. Go up to the window. And tells me that my full order wasn’t process and they would have to make the wake up sandwich. Was about 15 minutes late to work. 3rd-Today. Again. Placed an other just sandwiches . Go to pick it up. I see the girl give my bag to the car in front. I saw him give it back to her and he leaves while she is poking out the window with the same bag. And hands it to me. Done...
