I was excited for this side of town to finally get a Dunkin. It took awhile for me to make time to visit, but today I was in the area and decided to stop by. I tried going through the drive thru, but the worker seemed confused about a donut I asked if they had so I went inside to place my order. I get inside and ordered on the kiosk. I waited about 10 minutes only to be told that they didn't have one of the donuts I ordered. I then had to change my order to something else that I didn't really want and continue to wait. All this is going on while another worker, possibly the manager of the shift, was at the drive thru talking to a customer at the window about some drama she was having with her child and the school bus. She was talking very loudly as if she didn't know there were customers in the lobby. She talked to the lady for a good 5-10 minutes and then asked her what her order was. The front cashier girl looked so confused. People were placing orders and picking up mobile orders. One customer stood there for quite some time before getting his order and his bag was right there on the counter the whole time. If this location is going to survive a lot more training will need to take place. Dunkin Go.....more like...
Read moreRevised Review: Recently upon visiting this Dunkin Donuts I was in drive thru. The person taking the orders let out a sigh (Almost like an irritation sound is what I interpreted) Ironically the day prior I distinctly heard that same familiar (Sigh) as my mom and I ordered coffee. Less than pleased I was a little taken back I immediately moved out of drive thru, and decided to spend my money on the Dunkin Donuts further down Memorial Drive (The Flagship store) I called back and asked, and was provided an explanation that I still question??
I have decided that day NOT to return I am willing to drive a greater distance then spend money at this one 3.3 rating There really needs to be some kind of additional training from the DM regarding taking orders accurately, and additional training on people skills.
Horrible coffee it's a hit or miss in the morning with this place. Not sure who is brewing the coffee, but I have yet to get a good cup of coffee. They should have made this a Starbucks instead this place seems to become a ghost town after noon. Do yourself a favor and travel down the road to the flagship Dunkin Donuts better customer...
Read moreManagement needs to be fired and entire staff replaced. Each time I've come here there's always a problem. Then when there is someone serving me I like, they quit, or reference they're not being paid in a timely manner. This woman that made my coffee the past few weeks is now no longer here. I asked the manager why and what happened, another person that I didn't ask responded, "she quit because from what I'm hearing she didn't get paid.."
I asked the woman is she the manager. She said no and I then told her to mind her business. This is a good location for the store, but management along with staff needs to be revamped immediately. I'm from Florida and love Dunkin, but after this. I won't be coming back to this location until this entire staff on the morning crew is out...
