I have been going to this location since it opened up a long while ago. Usually I’m there to grab a coffee which is always the same order. Normally I get a super bubbly and polite younger individual who takes the order and another who is at the window to give the orders out. Today I walked back in after going through the drive through because my drink happened to be watery. I wasn’t upset just a little inconvenient since I had to get all the kids out of the car as well. The lady behind the counter was obviously having a terrible day or didn’t want to be there because she was just down right rude and disrespectful and didn’t care who saw it. I was so shocked I stood there for a good second and didn’t say a word. I asked for manager, who hardly said a word. The employee making the drinks finally came over and helped me out, she was very kind and offered an apology, which the manager nor the rude employee ever did. I have always worked in customer service and WOULD NEVER dream of treating someone like I was treated today. If I was Dunkin’ I would fire both the manager and the employee and hire the one who actually took action and fixed what the paying customer walked in for. Read moreI go to this Dunkin all the time. Usually it’s great, but today I went and got my order, drove around the corner and was flagged down by the lady that took my order. She told me I still owed money. She didn’t tell me that when she handed back my giftcard... I handed her the giftcard again, thinking she just forgot to swipe it or something. I waited and waited for her to return. I finally pulled in a parking space, walked inside with another giftcard and waited 5 more minutes before I saw her and asked her if my giftcard went through. She told me no that it was empty. (Not an issue, I had another one) so I give her the other giftcard and waited and waited. After 5 more minutes, she handed me back the giftcards and told me the order had been deleted and not to worry about it. So I thanked her and left, drove home and when I sipped my iced coffee, it tasted like sour milk. I dumped it out and I’m very annoyed. Going through the drivethru should’ve taken maybe 5 minutes, and instead I was there for 20 minutes and my coffee was gross. Read moreI live right around the corner and have always frequented this location but there has been a marked decline in their service and friendliness as of the last few months. Every time I try to get a coffee I am treated like I just asked someone to perform brain surgery. For reference, my order is a large coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. That is all, an order that plenty of dunkin donuts ( this one included) has been able to fill perfectly hundreds of times. But lately I am met with huffs and puffs. And don't even get me started on their doughnut selection. Last time I wanted to bring my kids home some munchkins, they didn't have them. I wanted to grab some doughnuts and munchkins for a road trip a few weeks ago, they barely had any and once again I was putting them out. And tonight was the last time I will be stopping there as I was told that it was too late to get any doughnuts as they barely had any. When the word donut is in your name, and you are open 24 hours, you may want to have a donut or 12 available at all times.
