Jimmy John's is a great restaurant - the service, the food (especially the bread), and it's always clean. But this particular location is the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever dealt with. The last time I was there I ordered a tuna sandwich and it should have been called an onion sandwich with a little bit of tuna. When I called back about it, I spoke with someone who said he was the manager and would replace the sandwich the next time I came in. About a week later, something told me to call ahead and when I did, I was told that if the person I spoke to didn't give me his name, then I was not promised a replacement. As if I would lie about a $9 sandwich. I have since stopped going to this location and I will never go there again. I called the corporate office to report it and they said they would reach out to this location and have them touch base with me to correct the issue. I never received that call and I called corporate back to let them know that I never heard from them but that it is okay. I ordered my food and received it in 15 mins I was satisfied until I realized they forgot my drink. No big deal I called them up and let them know hey it’s no problem I’m going to order another sub just bring the drink with the sub. He says hold on and some girl answers saying hello this is jimmy johns... I explained to her what I wanted to do and the guy tells her well tell her it’s going to be a 40 mins wait. I said I live 3 mins away and you all forgot my drink. He gets back on the phone and yells to me ma’am get rid of the attitude.... I was like excuse me I don’t have an attitude. And then they tried to say it was due to the tax. I called BS on both of those, and they finally said the truth, which was that the price on their menu didn't match the price in their computer. Cashier didn't seem to understand the sandwich options either. And was actually sitting on the drive thru window shelf, playing with her phone, at one point. The place didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Food was just okay. The bathroom had about 50 signs of how to use the restroom, none of which were amusing. I'm afraid we won't be back. I wouldn't have gone there at all, due to the low rating, but another person in our party selected the place.
