I have been going to the location since they opened.. They have made a few mistakes on my last few orders but the last one was the straw that broke the camel's back.. My mother has had brain surgery and I am her care giver. She wanted a veggie with extra onions and oil and vinegar.. I ordered a Billy club with extra tomatoes and asked that both sandwiches were cut 1/2.. They got the order wrong. I immediately called the store and wound up speaking to the young lady who made the sandwiches who sounded very upset and said she made them correctly I told. Her I would not be calling if she made them correctly and to please have the store manager call me. The store manager is a Hispanic gentleman with a big mouth. He called me back the next day and instead of listening to the problem. or trying to fix. It? He told me my business is no longer wanted at his location.. I said to him, seriously. I spend at least $50 a week in your store. If you're telling me I'm not allowed to buy food there.. He said yeah we don't want your business.. I contacted Jimmy John's corporate and found out that this particular location is owned by an owner group of several people and asked for one of them to call me.. No one has. I have been to culinary school and I am a chef and I have owned several fast food restaurants.. Where is the customer service at? These folks are going to lose all the business that they have because of their terrible customer no service and incompetentand unprofessional staff. Still waiting for that phone call from the owner group and as far as the manager he deserves to be fired.. We have been going to Jersey Mike's. Much better food. Less expensive. And, they actually WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Please don't spend money at THIS store! Tried to go in and order a sandwich 2 days ago after they lost me and my families business. When I walked into this Jimmy John's, I noticed the Order Taker according to my Receipt, Jeremy, sweeping the floor. He didn't wash his hands before coming to the counter to take my order, so I was concerned about the cleanliness of my food. Another employee, Mark, was preparing my sandwich but never changed his gloves after touching his pants. He repeatedly adjusted his pants while making my sandwich, which left me worried about the hygiene of my meal. I later asked for his name, and he confirmed it was Mark. Furthermore, I noticed another employee, Joni, touching his face mask while working on my sandwich. On a previous visit, I even saw a knife used for cutting bread lying on the floor, with employees stepping on it.
