Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

This is crazy—I love Marco’s Pizza, I really do, but this is the part I don’t understand. The customer in these pictures was originally inside without the dog. Then, she went back to her car, grabbed the dog, and brought it into the restaurant. How is there no management stepping in to say, “Ma’am, this is a restaurant”? Even though she’s holding the dog, its hair can still get everywhere. How is this allowed? I just don’t get it.

The manager should have said, “Your dog needs to stay in the car.” But now I get it—someone who got in the car with her is a family member of someone who works here. Ah, now I see the favoritism. That explains why she was allowed to bring the dog in, but it’s...

This location is awful. The woman at checkout(Shelby) is rude and will not admit when she is wrong. I ordered a medium, double pepperoni with spinach. She rings it up as a single pepperoni and was adamant about the amount of pepperoni I had being double. Ma’am the ticket says single, you can just apologize on the fact that you rang it up incorrectly. I asked her to refund me for the double to avoid making another pizza and she gives me back .36 cents. The .36 was the tax that I paid. I then asked for a receipt and she gives me the original receipt without the refund. I ordered two medium pizzas, one for my wife which was made correctly and she said “was fine” and one for me which was made wrong. I ordered pepperoni and sausage. Somehow I got a pepperoni and pineapple, which sound nothing alike, but maybe with the loud music or one employee being on FaceTime when I walked in kept them from hearing me. When I called and told them this they told me essentially “that’s what you ordered so you’d have to bring that pizza back to get a new one”. Which means I’d have to drive ~20 minutes with traffic both ways then they’d start me a pizza that I should have gotten in the first place. Pass, I just...
