OMG!!!! The food is so freaking good!!!!! As a matter of fact when I ate their pizza I vowed to never eat any comperitor pizza again. But whoaaaa! Wait a minute. The customer service is sooooooo bad, I went back on my word. Starting with the manager, the man manager, the white man...He must have put on a good act to get that job because he is rude as hell. His attitude towards customers is BAD! I wondered if he hated people or hated his job. What I'm about to say is 100% true. I gave them so many passes on not being nice until I just said forget it. My food is almost always delivered. I have picked up sometimes. Three times since I ordered from them for delivery, they were just over two hours late. No lie. I called once and somehow they forgot about my ticket and said they would be there. I know it got looked over because I heard the conversation. Next, two times I ordered for delivery they forgot an ite, once a salad and another time the drinks. They refused to bring it back asking if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered the next day. I was like are you serious??? Once I ordered they bone in wings and they were out of them. I asked if I could substitute them for boneless wings. He told me flat out NO! I even said please. Since they have been open, my family and I have spent a lot of money with them, ordering once and sometimes twice a week. That alone shows how much we like their pizza. However the manager (I want to say his name is Chris but I forgot) handles customers like "either you want to order or you dont." His attitude is they don't need your business. It's not just the manager. A black guy there too has a very smart mouth. The only people I have encountered via phone who half try to show good customer service is one white young lady and one black young lady, I will say this. The delivery drivers are always nice. I don't know if it's because of tips but they are nice. Let me close with this. I patronized Marcos for a long time even with the nasty and rude customer service. I became familiar with faces and voices. I referenced people in this review by race and voice because I didn't remember their names. I hope my words didn't come off as racist because no worker was ever racist to me just rude and bad customer service. I would love to come back to Marcos but I work hard for my money and can't and won't spend it in a place that doesn't appreciate it or me. There pizza is the BEST but I can't. Read moreI ordered two pizzas from this location earlier this week. I chose no contact delivery and had no problems. The pizza was not hot, but it was good. Today, I ordered a large pizza and some chicken. Again, I chose no contact delivery because there is a global pandemic. I watched out the window so I would be sure and grab my food as soon as it arrived. Fun fact, it never did, yet the tracker mysteriously said it had been delivered.
I called the store, and the first person I spoke to couldn't seem to locate an order for me at all. Then, I was told my order was delivered to my front porch. When I explained that it was not, and that was the reason for my call, they adamantly responded that my order had indeed been delivered. They waffled between it being delivered to my porch and mailbox (which would have by the street, in the dirt). Neither had occurred. I even checked the neighbors' porches. When I explained that my order was nowhere to be found, I was told they could offer me a $20 credit on my next order, but could not refund my order since I had chosen no contact delivery. I felt like they thought I was lying, when all I wanted was the food I had ordered.
So, buyer beware, choosing no contact delivery means you have no recourse should you not receive your order.

I usually only leave positive reviews as I am a local guide, but this experience warranted me to share this horrible experience. I called tonight at 9:10pm to place an order for pick up. (It says they don’t close until 10pm.)The young lady immediately answered the phone & placed me on hold. I just continued to wait, & the young lady came back on the line 4 different times and said please hold, please hold. Then at 9:28pm another lady came back on the line and said unfortunately we’re about to close & we can’t take any more orders because we take our last order at 9:30pm. I told her that it was 9:28pm & I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. She then said ok we’ll take your order & she immediately put me right back on hold without even letting me know she was going to place me back on hold. I waited 5 more minutes just for them to come back on the line & hang up in my face. Tomorrow I will definitely be talking directly to a manager. This is totally unacceptable.
