Juicy Crawfish - Stockbridge (inside Kroger Center) — Restaurant in Georgia

I came in on my lunch break order 2 ten pieces combo with a side order of house rice. Got to the restaurant order came out to be $39.05. So I asked the lady at the register which her name was Ruby why the order was high she started getting snappy talking about well the side rice is $6.50 each. So I asked her why wasn't that mention on the phone she responded I was suppose to know this. Umm ma'am you suppose to inform the customers of price changes. So I told her I didn't want the rice she gone tell me the food already done . My respond was well since you didn't inform me I don't want to pay $15.00 for 2 orders of side house rice. She states well the food is ready. Like she was almost demanding me she not changing my order. I told her I would like fries instead she was so rude and snappy. So of course I got upset at this point. While waiting on my food to come back out she spoke something to the back cook and told them to take their time remind you I am already on my lunch break. It already took 30 minutes for food to come out. So I asked her if she could hurry up the cooks taking their precious time. She started arguing with me about it's my fault because I chose to cancel my order for the fried rice. By this time I am upset because you not going to keep talking to me in a rudely matter we all grown here. My order finally came out after 45 mintues I left. Got in the car the wings was salty like literally you would have thought someone poured the whole bottle of salt on the wings. I couldn't even eat the wings and will be returning the wings. I almost feel like the lady at the front register told them to do that purposely.I definitely will not be back to this establishment. This is not my first time having an issue with the lady at the register. She rude and very disrespectful and try to play...

I purchased food 3 to 4 times a week. I purchased food yesterday $48.00. I get home and my order is wrong. I called to speak with the manager, he gives the phone back to the ruley cashier. I explained that I was fasting and my order was wrong. She replied by saying " That's your personal problem" As I was so understanding that she was short staffed, and working by herself. Do, she passed the phone to the manager (he didn't listen to my complaint), as he started getting loud, and handed the phone to the cashier. Manager speaking loud, come back tomorrow. Please understand good customer services is very important at all times, not sometimes. The cashier continue on, saying "Well my momma will be up here soon, talk to her". This behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional. I never experienced unprofessional behavior in this establishment. They have always been professional, and the food is great. However, I will walk out before she serve me...

The juicy crawfish is amazing. We stayed in Stockbridge for the weekend to do some landscaping for my husband's company and wanted something good to eat. After walking across the street we saw many options but saw the Juicy Crawfish entrance and we were immediately drawn in, I mean who doesn't want to walk into "paradise" After ordering the catfish nuggets, philly and frozen lemonade we were so impressed we came back for lunch and dinner the very next day just to try something different because we couldn't believe how good it was and to our surprise it was even more good with what we ordered the next day. Highly recommend this oakce if you want good food for a reasonable cost, you get what you pay for. And the customer service was phenomenal. Talk about food making you want to slap your momma, this is it!! And I'm for sure convince that the "crack" he puts on the wings is what keeps you...
