My husband and I came in to check out the menu. We’ve never been here before, and we were really in the mood to try out a new pizza place.
A guy greeted us asking if we’re ready to order, we said “No not yet, we’re just checking out the menu first . Thank you.”So we were standing there and another guy aggressively walks up to the counter with fake customer service lol basically trying to rush us into ordering. We told him that we weren’t ready yet and we’re just checking out the menu.
So we’re standing there for maybe 5 minutes. The whole 5 minutes the aggressive man is staring us down while we’re trying to figure out what we want. It’s only us in the store. We weren’t holding up any line. We weren’t even standing right in front of the counter either. We were off to the side obviously contemplating what we wanted to order.
After we were tired of the aggressive staring, we decided to just go somewhere else because that man’s vibe is way off. He’s the type of person to spit in your food.
So as we’re walking out, we told the guy we’ll go somewhere else. He yells out at us as we’re walking through the door,”THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!” ... as if we asked him any questions, or asked him to stare at us for 5 minutes straight like a weirdo. He could’ve just kept doing his job until we walked up to the counter obviously ready to order like tf.
Lol never again going to that Marco’s Pizza. Maybe I’ll try a different location but we ended up going to Pizza Cafe. Customer service has always...

I have been ordering here very frequently as I am opening a school in the plaza across the street. The manager Richard is very rude and disrespectful, I ordered a special with wings and pizza. Was not able to get the wings how I wanted them. Hot with lemon pepper sprinkled on top and extra crispy. Richard informed me that they do not offer sides of lemon pepper and that there was no way possible for me to get the wings how I wanted. After begrudgingly still placing the order. After trying to get a better understanding of why not. I went only to wait an extra 20 mins after waiting the suggested wait time. Richard was rude and made me not want to continue to patronize this location. After asking the young man who was actually preparing the wings if he could put lemon pepper sprinkles on top, the young man said” sure not a problem sir” when Richard angrily barged in and stopped him from doing so. Stating that they don’t offer that. I was embarrassed as well as upset after the whole ordeal. I offered to pay extra to get my food prepared to my satisfaction and was not treated with respect. Richard the manager at that location is unprofessional; to say the least and is severely misrepresenting Marco’s Pizza. Read moretried to place an order online and I was denied due to"delivery area". I had company over so I was about to purchase a $40 order. I thought I could call the store and see about delivery since I live less than 2.5 miles away. The girl in the phone was kind and looked up my location. She agreed that I was close enough but the computer said they did not deliver to my "area". This is a brand new location so I asked to speak to the manager thinking they could make an executive decision to allow his driver to deliver 2 miles away. The manager refused to speak to me and would only tell the girl to let me know they would not deliver. I was hoping to establish a customer relationship with this location so that they could add my neighborhood to their map. But asking for a delivery 2 miles away was way too much to ask. I felt disrespected and I am not pleased with the way the situation was handled and how I was brushed off. If this is the way Marco's Pizza treats people, then I guess they do not need my business at any location. I was thrilled to have a new location pop up just up the street because i work all over the city and stop at Marco's frequently but was denied delivery service and denied the opportunity to speak with the manager.
