McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

Arrived during late night hour but before midnight. The young lady who took my order in the drive-thru; had such a pleasant, yet excellent "customer service" voice. She pronounced each word in its correct form (in other words she used proper grammar and etiquette) now....when I arrived at the second window after paying for my order with the friendly lady as I stated, the young man who gave me my order just handed me the bag and walked away from the window (as it automatically closed once he wasn't in the sensors beam) I was unable to ask him if he placed my McNugget sauce in the bag...even though I checked it and I didn't see it...and I didn't receive my beverage I ordered. I waited for him to return to the window. 45 seconds later, he returns to ask me "what else!?" I asked him for my beverage and my sauce. He says its extra for the sauce. I told him I didn't see it in my bag. He said "I put it at the bottom"...... ok....so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But may I have my coffee please! He gave it to me....didn't apologize for his mistake, but I let it go.....ok....so I drove home......straight home.....to find there was NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!!!!! As I thought in the beginning! Now this may be a little off the subject or a bit too much to state but hopefully one of the management team may read this along with the other complaints and help with the etiquette of customer service skills a few of their employees lack thereof!

I've had several terrible experiences at this same location back in 2009 &2011. I hadn't been in the area until recently and I see its the same service just different individuals. Now yes it's just fast food 🍟 just McDonald's right??? Well....no it isn't. McDonald's gets $1.09 from me each morning when I order a cup of coffee! Something my Mom and I would order when on the road traveling to and from Miami. Those memories I cherish when I purchase my coffee being she would purchase her 2 cups of coffee (senior citizen coffee) daily. So.....I barely eat the food but will drink my coffee. Me stopping from eating 🍟 McDonald's along with other foods helped me from being 188 pounds down to now 107 pounds! My point is....customer service skills is the biggest in anyone's book....learn how to utilize this before your next encounter with a customer. It doesn't matter what they look like.....where they came from etc!

Can you please help your employees with the 🆕 way of greeting customers and leave the old habits out the drive thru window. Please...

2nd shift.. Damanio gibson,kimberly williams and Ranesha This store is very rude and do not take their time to fix your order properly.. I REPEATED my order 4 times and clearly stated that I wanted my order bagged separately.. I spent over $20 on food at this store and they didn't fix my order the way I wanted it.. I stayed at the drive thru until I gave everyone their orders (since it wasn't individually bagged like I requested) None of the sandwiches were fixed like I order them.. they were very sloppy and disgusting looking. I had several sandwiches missing from my order and when I asked for them they answered me with an attitude and handed me a burger that wasn't what I ordered.. Everyone working didn't have on a hair net or gloves.. The manager had loose dreadlocks and was very unprofessional.. He came to the window to ask me to pull up so I did so and the car behind me was asking what was taking so long so he stated very loudly that I made an order and then wanted to change it when I got to the window.. which was a complete lie.. I repeated what I wanted 4 times and the lady that took my order said she had everything I requested.. so that was the reason for the hold up.. I do not think it was his place to discuss what was going on with another customer.. but moving forward the off duty officer came to my car while I was inside the store to receive a refund for two burgers that I ordered and asked me to move up more because the cars could not get by.. which it wasn't his place to ask me anything because he was in a civilian car and not on duty..but to make an awful story and experience short.. this store is very unprofessional and unfriendly.. the customer service sucks and needs to be re-evaluated!! I also called this morning and the manager told me the situation has already been dealt with because they viewed the tapes and come to the conclusion that I was the problem.. SOME HOW! I asked for a complaint hotline she said she had no idea and if I could speak to the owner she said that was not possible.. What do you do with ppl like this? it's a shame that you spend your money with ppl that can careless how they treat you.. I felt very...

This McDonald's is horrible they are rude to their customers and they can not prepare food properly at all. Mostly I find myself getting warmed up food that has shrunken in size or is soggy. They don't give you enough sauce for anything and asking for more sauce is like a forbidding thing ,they never give you more than five sauces even when you order 20 piece nuggets. They either over cook or under cook you chicken wraps and all the burgers barely have anything on them plus they warm up old burgers and give them to you which you know their old cause they taste awful. They French fries are either cold or not cooked fully so you have hot soggy fries.They don't clean out the thing they make milkshakes in since i order a vanilla milkshake and it had hints of strawberry in it. They are always out of supplies like apple pie or fruit walnut salad or frozen drinks. They wont even give you a cup of water after you have just ordered this big meal not everyone want to drink soda all the time. I wouldn't care if my order was 10 or 15 minutes late i would just like it made right even when i got a salad from there the tomatoes where spoiled even though they looked fine which spoiled my entire meal. You always have to check your bag because they often more than once will forget some parts of your order yet they want you to drive off quick. And make sure they don't charge you for food you didn't order. How can people just sit around and sell this hazarded food to people what if i was pregnant and one of their under cooked food killed my unborn child it just isn't right. management are only concerned with making money thats why they tell them to make all these restrictions on food ,sauce, and cups. What makes it worse is that neighboring McDonald's do the same thing. I believe this McDonald's and other McDonald's should be shut down do to health code violations. This cannot continue one day people will get fed up with the services and McDonald's will lose all their clientèle I personally hate this McDonald's I have been a customer very frequently but no matter how many times i go there i am disappointed every time. Never again will i go to any...
