UPDATE: Nothing has changed as of March 2023. Ironically enough, a vehicle backed up right into mine just the other day while I was waiting for someone to assist me on the drive-thru speaker for quite some time, causing minor damage. Another time I swung by to pick up breakfast and both the person at the window and the manager kept telling me my order did not exist even though I had just confirmed my code at the speaker and had been charged by the app. I asked for a solution until the manager reluctantly decided to give me my food, though she made it no secret she was angry. No improvement. 0 stars!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Service is irritatingly slow. Went there a few days ago, got to the speaker after nearly ten minutes, waited another 5 minutes, NOT A WORD. Employees here need to stop thinking like they're doing you a favor and do their job right. Other drive-thru employees have a long face and barely even greet you. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this location has earned it. The food is a hit or miss, sometimes great, sometimes lackluster. But by far the most glaring problem is the slow service. And you can't even blame it on the pandemic since even before it, I've been coming here and dining in and it's even worse. I've had to wait up to 25 minutes for an order for ONE. The place seems understaffed. Perhaps it's on the kitchen staff but I can't really say. My advice, should you choose to take is to make sure to do your best to get things moving a bit quicker. If you're operating the drive-thru, asking the customers to wait a few seconds to receive help makes a HUGE difference. I tried to get their attention at least 3 times and even honked once after, nothing worked. Also, a smile never killed anyone. Perhaps you should ask your neighbors down the road at Chick Fil-A for some tips on better customer service. Until then I think I'll be going elsewhere. UPDATE: Is anyone going to do anything about the service here???? Decided to give it another shot last week. More of the same. Drive-thru so full the line nearly reached the street. So I decided to walk in, no better. The lobby is full of angry customers, the place is still incredibly UNDERSTAFFED. Employees walk by without saying a word. There's a line at the register, but no one behind the counter. A man walked in furiously claiming to have been waiting outside for 30 minutes after being told at the drive-thru window that someone would be bringing his order out shortly. Oh and I planned to dine in, but forget it! The dining room was COMPLETELY FILTHY! They even close hours before the listed closing time on some occasions! I'm beginning to wonder wether anyone actually cares about the future of this restaurant. Management needs to...
Read moreOMG^omg ... I can't remember when I wrote the previous review, but geeeeezzzz ... I get the worst service from this McDonald's...or is this McDowell's (lol)??? I used the app to get a deal: free drink, free fries, with a purchase, a filet of fish. after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, the girl at the pay window says "sprite?" ... "nuggets?" ... I say that I ordered a filet of fish..."you want two filet of fish?" ... I ask if she wants my mobile order number..."oh, you had a mobile order?" After that torture, I go to the delivery window, the girl opens the glass and hands me a bag with my sandwich and then closes the window. I'm waving and she comes back..."yes?"...I tell her... she goes back and gives me my drink...then she comes back again and gives me my fries...I look everything over, slump over the steering wheel, honk the horn..."may I have a straw, please?" I think if my doctor ever wants to give me a stress test, I'll tell high I've been to this mcdonalds. He'll say I should live forever ever.
Asst Mgr Adda or Aida...R-U-D-E!! Placed my order, paid, then to the pickup window. She hands me my food and a drink. I ask her (nicely, I promise), "is this a Coke?" "Of course that's a Coke" I respond "well, I'm just asking. It doesn't look like one to me." I find a shady spot and take a sip. I then get back in line, then back to the pickup window. Aida, plus 2 others, walk to the window and then away. I rap on the window everytime Aida walks by, but doesn't respond. A trainer checks on me to which I ask to see Aida. Another person comes over, named Adda or something. I say I want to see that one. When Aida comes over, I ask for her name. She's hesitant, but mumbles through her mask. I remind her of our earlier encounter, then explain that what she says was Coke is actually unsweetened tea. "may i please have a Coke" I ask her back after she tries to run away. I hold up both drinks asking if the tea looks like Coke. She (the asst Mgr) says she hands out what is there. HORRIBLE excuse. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Especially when you're the manager. Here's your challenge, look at the attached photo, ignore the fizzy bubbles in one and the lighter color of the other and let me know which one you think...
Read moreBeing that it is McDonald's, I had extremely low expectations to begin with. These incompetent employees somehow fell WAY short of even those. Ordered 2 breakfast combos and a cheeseburger, asked for fries instead of hash browns for one of them... employee repeated the order back and only got half of it.....gave her my order again, she repeats back, leaves off the cheeseburger....informed her of this and was told "no problem"...pulled up to the window, she repeats order again, left off the cheeseburger again......I say "AND a chesseburger" (for the 3rd time)....she says that she added it.....hands me my receipt, still NO CHEESEBURGER..... she also charged me for an order of fries instead of substituting them for my hash browns in my combo...at this point, I realize that she's never going to ring up my cheeseburger, so I pull up to the next window to see if a different employee can get it right.....I explain the situation at the next window, suggesting that they just give me the cheeseburger instead of the fries that they charged me for, since they were basically the same price.....she agrees, apologizes for the other employee, and asks me to pull into a parking space while they prepare my order....guy brings out a bag of food a few minutes later, STILL NO CHEESEBURGER!!! On top of that, they give me a sausage and egg Mcgriddle instead of a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.....and the hash browns that I didn't want.....point out the error to the guy and stressed that I have now asked for a cheeseburger 5 times.....guy apologies, says he'll be right back.....comes back and he had swapped the Mcgriddle for my BEC biscuit, BUT STILL NO CHEESEBURGER......yell at him about this, he says "sorry, I'll be right back," comes back 5 minutes later with the elusive cheeseburger!! Only it had nothing on it (just meat, cheese, and a bun, there were no napkins or straws in the bag, nor the condiments that we had asked for. Isn't this McDonald's? Should it take telling 3 people 6 different times that you want a cheeseburger to actually get said burger from, you know, A BURGER PLACE? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere (anywhere) else. The sheer level of incompetence at this location would be almost comical if it wasn't so...
