Please get new staff and management. The employees are rude as all get out and donāt care if they do their job correctly. Iāve had encounters with young rude black girls here recently and itās appalling. Last one girl kept asking the window person what I wanted in a nasty tone when I was waiting for my food. Obviously if I donāt have my food Iām not going to drive off. Last night was an even WORSE experience. I did a mobile order for drive through pick up and after pulling up to the speaker waited SIX MINUTES for someone to answer. No one ever did, so I had to pull up to the first window. They tendered my order and I headed to the first window. The girl at the second window handed me my sweet tea and asked me to pull up to the pole for my order. Sure, no worries, itās Saturday and yall are busy. I waited for 15 minutes at the pole but my food never came. I went inside and it was a ghost town at the register. Employees were walking around and you couldnāt get them to help you inside. I tried to be patient because u knew they were busy. After 23 minutes I finally lost my patience because the first person to even acknowledge me was a kind, younger white male. I told him what the issue was and he was apologetic. I had two customers listening to what I was saying, a white and black woman. Funnily enough, the black woman stated if this was a different town, this wouldnāt happen⦠and sheās correct. The manager came over and so did another employee, FINALLY, and asked me what the problem was. The black boy bagging said in a āI donāt care toneā, āWe were waiting for you to come through drive thru. We didnāt think you were coming.ā HELLO??? I literally have my receipt and my sweet tea, did yall think I flew to Mars??? I overheard the black girl at the window saying with a MAJOR ATTITUDE, āDid I tell her to pull up?! Did I say that?!ā I had to hold my tongue. If you donāt want your job, then quit. Donāt bring your nasty attitude to customer service and wonder why people have issues with their experiences. The team needs a HUGE CLEAN UPā¦not even training can fix...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 8:45 pm this evening, I went to the McDonald's drive thru to get 2 Oatmeal cookies. As I waited on line and finally got to the speaker, I ordered my cookies. The young lady reconfirmed the order and said it's $1.07. I finally get to the first window and paid her the $1.07, however, she did not provide me with a receipt. As I waited to get to the second window upon arriving at the second window, the young man said are you the oatmeal cookies and I said yes and he said you'll have to pull over their point to the waiting area. I said I am not going to wait for cookies, to give me my money back and I'll be on my way. He then yells out "WE HAVE A PROBLEM". The manager comes to the window and I stated that I wanted my $107 back, that I was not interested in waiting. He tried to convey that they don't cook many oatmeal cookies at night so they don't get stale. I said that's fine but I didn't want to wait and I wanted my money back. He asked for my receipt and I said I did not receive one. He said you didn't get a receipt and I said that the young lady at the first window did not provide me with a receipt. He leaves the window and comes back with money in one hand and a receipt in the other. He said that I would need to fill out the paperwork. I refused, I said this is not the first time that they did not have cookies ready and everytime I got my money back without filling out a form. He became rude and said it's policy. I said that I have three witness that have been with me and never once have I been asked to complete any type of paperwork. I said just give me my money and I will be on my way. He finally shoved the money in my hand and said "hope you have a better day and DON'T COME BACK". In front of the other employees. On that note I parked my car and went inside and said did you tell me not to come back and I said what I thought of his behavior and left. He comes running out and said I' m taking down your tag number as I drove off. I can't believe that they have managers that are so rude and disrespectful to...

No receipt was given to us to justify what we had ordered and paid for to prove what's been ordered by my husband. I went back anyway to explained the mistake the person made on our order and she argued with me trying to say that I didn't order sandwiches with eggs. She was rude, her voice was loud and she was doing it in front of another customer. By the way, she messed up that customers order as well. She didn't want to correct the problem, instead wanted to charge $4 for something that I already had paid for. Believe me, I surly did not pay that extra $4 for her to make the sandwiches over. I don't trust her, because her service was nasty and she probably would of done something nasty to the sandwiches if I had made her make them again. I never going to support that terrible place again. The service is definitely terrible. Do not support them, you will never be happy with their services. Just terrible š and they never listen. If you guys want good breakfast, take you and your family to golden corral or other nice restaurants where you all can sit down and enjoy friendly service. Don't support this McDonald's, you'll regret it. Is not worth waiting on the drive thru and still get something that you did not order...
