Zero stars if I could based off customer service. A company was nice enough to provide lunch for the office that I work for and unfortunately my order was made wrong. I told the gentleman in the front my issue and he immediately gave me push back and attitude even though the food was unopened and not eaten. My order was supposed to have queso on the side (it was missing) and it had sour cream on my food even though I didn’t ask for that. Please keep in mind this food was PROVIDED BY ANOTHER PERSON. I DID NOT COME INTO THE STORE AND PLACE THIS ORDER. I then asked (what looked like the manager) for someone else to prepare my order because I didn’t feel comfortable with the other guy doing it and he told me “you can just watch him” no one at this location was friendly and it was like pulling teeth for them to be helpful. I will also be reporting this to corporate and will no longer patronize this location.
Update I found out the general managers name is Preston and the gentleman that was preparing my food was named Shawn. I called back to get a number for corporate and Shawn answered and told me there was no higher up I was able to talk to and all I can do is leave a Google review. I ordered carefully asking the other member who was adding the veggie bowl ingredients confirming that guacamole was not any extra charge and also Tofu she said was not extra charge. During the checkout at the register, this rude person who said that he was the manager applied extra charges for the Guacamole and tofu. It was his staff miscommuncation but this manager wasn't accepting their fault. I left unhappy without accepting the order after such poor customer service and I expressed that this was bad experience and unacceptable. This rude manager didn't care and in he does't care about any negative reviews feedback. He arrogantly said that he will remove the negative feedback comments from online. Read moreGood location for the most part, but out of the 3 employees I dealt with, 2 of them were very rude. I asked for more cheese, and he gave me a stare full of hate! He then took the tiniest pinch of cheese and sprinkled it on as if it was salt. It made me wonder if the employees are terrified of one of those secret shoppers, and he'll get in trouble for putting too much cheese on a burrito. I worked in a nice restaurant and all of the servers were terrified of getting a secret shopper who was in a bad mood; it was awful for employee morale.
