Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

It's where you go to get shorted, lied to and abused. I ordered two items online, when I arrived only one was cooked. I was lied to twice that the other item was almost ready, then after 30 minutes waiting (and watching the delivery driver packing up the item I ordered to take to someone else) the cashier claimed they'd forgotten to cook it. The manager came out and offered me a coupon for free pizza and I said "No just give me a refund" of the $5 item they hadn't cooked. He actually tried to take the now-cold pizza out of my hands saying "Give that back I'm not giving you a free pizza!" Not only was that NOT what I'd asked for, he'd literally just tried giving me a coupon for a free pizza? And now he's accusing me of trying to steal? When I clarified that I only wanted the missing item refunded he said "It's more work than you taking this coupon" then made a big deal of pulling his spiral binder out from under the counter so he could make notes about nonsense. Because now it was my job to wait around while he did his paperwork, after waiting 30 minutes for a missing item. I walked out and emailed Pizza Hut corporate. Never again. Oh, and I didn't get a refund of the missing item either. Apparently the manager was incapable of doing his paperwork unless I stood there in the middle of 10 people now staring at me with my cold dinner and family waiting at home, watching him fill...

I live in neighboring County but work in fannin . When my family gets craving for pizza or wings, this pizza hut is our go to. I love ordering online and the option to customize pizza is excellent for families. The rewards program is excellent as well since points earned can be used for free items. That comes in handy if family on budget and getting dinner to last for left overs. I have not had any issue with this pizza hut, every order has been correct, even if had employees call to make sure things were correct. Ive had to wait when town is busy but employees ive encountered have always tried to relieve stress and make sure experience is a good one. We often get large pizza with certain toppings on one side and others on opposite. The wings are great! Adults love the bone in and my teen and freinds absolutely love the boneless teriyaki. They have always made sure my sauces and even packets of parmesean are added. We like the dominoes pizza but this pizza hut has always got things correct and never left with wrong order or no sauce or items missing. We have an absolute treasure right here in Blue Ridge. My husband & I went to Pizza Hut & their pizza is the best pizza either one of us have ever had. He got the Meat Lovers, I got the Hawaiian. We both added extra toppings to our pizzas. We both got the deep dish crust. The crusts were the most perfect crusts we've ever had. Normally I don't eat the crust on the edge because it is too tough. The crusts were very tender, absolutely perfect, all the way to the edge, & we ate every bite of each slice of pizza. We took our leftovers home & heated them in the oven for breakfast. The crust was still perfect, even after being reheated. For any tourists/visitors/newcomers reading this.
