Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

We arrived at the ordering speaker box at 5:19. We ordered 2 hamburgers only ketchup and mustard. 1 hot fudge sunday with no cheesecake. 1 caramel sunday with no cheesecake. We paid for our order at 5:24. We received the burgers immediately. While waiting for the ice cream we noticed the ticket was wrong. It said 2 cheese burgers and 2 hot fudge sundays. We checked the burgers while the driver attempted to get the employees attention. She said excuse me many times trying to get them to look before getting louder and louder. We were never even looked at. The burgers were right so we hoped the rest would be. We received 2 hot fudge cheesecake sundays ( 1 completely melted. Will be pictured). We told the guy they were wrong and he went to the back then came back saying these were the last of the ice cream so we can't fix them. I informed the gentlemen we were trying to get their attention several times and was ignored every time. I was then informed that I "should have knocked on the window."...... I'm sorry that I didn't think I needed to BEG someone to get my stuff right or at least acknowledge me when I'm trying to speak to them. I guess it's my fault because I didn't knock on the window... I use to think it wass corny to give a detailed review of your fast food experience but today was really good and worth noting because of all the employment issues fast food restaurants are having. I placed my order for a 10-piece boneless wings and I was immediately told that they would have to be cooked to order and it would take around 8 minutes and did I want to keep that order and I said yes. At least I know they're fresh LOL! By the way, I pulled in and there was five cars in front of me...... It only took me 10 minutes to make it up to my spot to pay and of course they handed me my drink and told me to pull up around to the front and they would bring me my food and it was exactly 9 minutes after I paid that they brought me my food and honestly it was some of the best boneless wings I've had! Just a great experience that's worth noting in these times because a fast food experience can go bad really...

Worst place to order food from if they knew how to actually give you your meal and the right meal refused to give me the correct sandwich I ordered a baconzilla meal with medium fry and medium ice water forgot to give my drink and water I got the fry and once again drink was wrong it was a sprite and realized my burger was a all American cheese burger and Jim the assistant manager wouldn’t replace my burger for the correct one told me to go on line make a complaint and I’d get a free meal for them messing my order up and hung up will never be a customer again a 2 dollar burger with what was suppose to be almsot 10 dollar meal then took the phone off the hook when I tried to call back and ask how to go about making a complaint to get me my correct...
