From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was completely unorganized and uninterested in providing even basic service.
After being promptly seated, we sat there patiently, eagerly anticipating a menu so we could peruse the offerings. But to our surprise, no menu was given to us and no waiter bothered to acknowledge our presence. We watched as other customers were attended to promptly, while we sat there feeling completely ignored.
Growing frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and approached the hostess stand to request menus. It's unbelievable that in a supposedly well-established restaurant, I had to go out of my way to obtain something as fundamental as a menu.
Even after procuring the menus, we endured another agonizing 10 to 15 minutes of neglect, with no server in sight. What added insult to injury was the fact that new customers who arrived after us were being served without any delay. It became abundantly clear that our presence was inconsequential to the staff's priorities.
Feeling humiliated and disrespected, we finally made the decision to leave. As we thanked the oblivious hostess on our way out, it dawned on us that our entire evening had been wasted due to the sheer incompetence and apathy of this establishment.

Read moreI’ve visited this restaurant a few times. Each time my sushi was good but the service declined. I noticed other customers being mishandling when orders were incorrect but mine was not so I paid it no mind. I went in one night to place a to go order and specifically asked for a item to be removed from both sushi rolls and a order of fried rice. It’s took about 30 min for my order to come out after I was told 15 min. The fried rice was not placed in my bag and when I got home both rolls had avocado in them which I specifically requested to be removed. I immediately called the restaurant back and the manager requested I come back to the restaurant to retrieve my missing food. I told her I lived 20 minutes away and would not be returning and I would prefer a full refund. I was told to bring my card in to receive my refund. I reluctantly drove back to the restaurant the next day which was inconvenient just to get my money back only for the manger to not be at the restaurant as she said she would and again went home empty handed. I asked for the manager to contact me when she finally called she explained to me that I could not have my order refunded because I didn’t bring back the food. Food from the previous day!!! She told me I should have kept the food and brought it back the next day to prove the kitchen made it wrong. She then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I could be lying and there was nothing she could do. I have never heard of keeping food until the next day to return it as if it’s clothing. Im extremely frustrated one because the food was wasted and $40 went down the drain but also due to the lack of concern by the manager. It could have been an allergy issue and someone could have gotten sick or worse. The entire issue could have been resolved but I will NEVER return to sushi niko niko.
