Express — Local services in Sugar Hill

The only reason this store deserves 1 star instead of 0 stars is because of Kim. I’ve driven an hour from Athens to come to this store the past two weekends and both working managers have been beyond disrespectful to me. Express has a Covid policy in which you can return things you bought after Feb 1 to the store within 30 days that the store has reopened. I tried to return some things last weekend and the manager wouldn’t wait on call customer service to have them help process the return, even though Kim was the cashier trying to help me. Today, after talking to Express corporate, receiving a case number, and confirmation that these things ARE returnable and that the employees SHOULD return them, I had the pleasure of working with Kim again who ATTEMPTED to help me but the other working manager literally told Kim to stop helping me and ring up other customers because “they didn’t have time for this.” So I had to take it upon myself to call express customer service in the store, after which the customer service rep was clearly mad that they still refused to let me return things even though I had a case number and confirmation from corporate. Literally let the man do his job and help people. And treat your customers right. It’s not that hard. Will not be coming to this Express...

I recently visited the Express clothing store at the Mall of Georgia, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The store was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my shopping trip enjoyable.

The fitting room experience was also great. It was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive, providing assistance when needed. I wish I could give them no stars, EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE I brought $900 worth clothes from express outlet for which I got $100 in rewards I ordered stuff online when the package arrived they were few clothes that were not appealing, I went to this location so they could do the exchange but instead the associate and the store manager tells me I cannot do exchange because I got my stuff for free. Well no I didn’t get my stuff for “Free”, I spent $900 in express outlet. Anyways, I will not recommend this location to anyone who has returns or exchange to do, they look at you as if you have done a big crime coming up to them, Especially their Store Manager.
