Currently in the drive thru, and we ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app. Weve been here for over 45 minutes, and the drive thru hasn’t moved one single car through. Plenty of cars have left, but the same one is at the window. The inside is closed, but they’ve been handing orders out a walk up window to delivery drivers. One employee has been cleaning in the dining area to get ready to close, while there’s still a line wrapped around the building. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but it’s on your cameras… and my app order, which we’re still waiting on. I figured I could write a book here while I wait. If there’s an issue, it would have been nice for an employee to let everyone know when they figured that out. But I suspect they’re just being lazy and inconsiderate of the crowd outside waiting on mobile app orders. If there’s someone they refer to as a manager working tonight, they should be fired or trained. You shouldn’t have a store open for business if you can’t fix a taco in… 51 minutes. Still waiting, but I’ll leave it at that. This pudding is bananas

Stopped by the newish Taco Bell in Grovetown and left without ordering due to the complete lack of customer care. I stood at the counter for nearly two minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite employees walking by and even making eye contact. When someone finally spoke, I was told to use the kiosk because it would be a few minutes for a cashier—meanwhile, the drive-thru was being served. Custom orders are frustrating on kiosks, and another customer agreed, yet no effort was made to assist us. A simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference. With over 17 million views on my Google reviews, I can say this location needs serious improvement in customer service. In all a $40-$50 sale was lost, more importantly I won’t be returning to this location! I’ve added a photo validating my views for credibility!

When you spend extra money on steak and this is what you get. Supposed to be a supreme too!! Customer service at its best when they get mad that they messed up 🤷🏼

It’s no worth my time, money or energy. You only live once…Don’t waste your time at Taco Bell in Grovetown, Georgia! I sent $46…At least get my order right & smile 🙄

Went to this location only 3 times since they opened less than a yeat ago. The dining room is never open. The drive thru line average wait per car is id 30mins and the order is always wrong! The service is slow as molasses and the management is rude. The food of course is expensive, don’t be in a hurry to grab something quick….because theis location moves in slow motion. I was missing food from my order & one Chalupa was made correctly and the other had barely any ingredients in it. Since the lobby is never open, if your order is wrong, you you can’t go in side to hv them correct it…but you have to get to the back of the line and begin your 30 minute wait per car all over again. 🙄

When I finally make it back to the drive thru window. Try The manager had no smile, looked at me as if I were stupid anf wrong for coming back to let the know that some of the food that I paid $46 dollars for, that was missing out of my bag and gave me a hard time about 3 time pieces of steak on my husband’s chalupa, missing nacho fries, & missing nocho cheese. Just plain RUDE! The Manager didn’t have on a name tag and with a very condescending tone in her voice, while bucking and rolling her eyes at me, she had the nerve to tell me “It’s gone be alright!” with a straight face, & and was mean mugging me like she wanted to choke me through the drive thru window. Don’t tell me it’s gone be alright! It’s your job to make it alright the first time!!

This location in Grovetown needs to tighten up, seriously. They desfinatly need quality control training so the food presentation is the same , time management training & a years worth of Customer Service, Experience, & ARRBINGER Training!!!

There is absolutely No service with a smile at this Taco Bell Period. Save your money and you’re time and stay away from this Taco Bell. Maybe then they’ll be forced to lower saleries, do write ups for people who really don’t want to work and send them back to the couch. I’m sending this up to corporate also! Go to El Kiosko’s, or any other of the REAL Mexican quizine. Not this over priced,...
