I had the worst experience this morning with Wendy's on McGinnis Ferry Rd & Peachtree Pkwy. Store# 3342. If I could give zero stars I would! The morning manager Miguel was absolutely unprofessional and at 7am in the morning. The door just opened, so there no need for the aggressive and rude behavior.
I was the only car in line and I ordered an egg & cheese crossiant in the drive-thru. I didn't know it had a with cheese sauce and not American cheese. So I asked if my sandwich could be made with American cheese & gave the sandwich back. The drive-thru clerk said okay and told the kitchen. When I got the new sandwich, I checked it there in the drive thru, and it wasn't new. The cook took the old sandwich, wiped off the old white cheese, added the American and gave it back to me. There was still white cheese sauce on it. First of all, with prior food service experience, (fast food & restaurant level), this is against food regulation. They should have thrown it away and made me a new one. So then I showed the drive-thru clerk what was done and asked for it to be made fresh. The Manger Miguel came upfront was so rude & aggressive. He said in not making you anything, I'm giving your money back and then started speaking in another language. When I told him I didn't want a refund just my food make correctly, he said no no no shoved my change out the window and walked off. I asked for the corporate number, but then everyone wanted to act as if they didn't know.
I have never been so disrespect and treated horribly nor have I ever given that type of service or I would have been fired. The behavior from a manager only perpetuates the cycle that is ok to give paying customers bad service. I could image this is not his first time treating customers like this and probably his...

I took my elderly client thru Wendy’s she had a coupon bogo and she presented the coupon and the Manager didn’t get name but Asian decent was so rude!! When she clipped coupon it didn’t include the expiration date! Omg I understand but for the manager during lunch shift to reprimand my client which is a Senior Citizen no they can’t disrespect my like a Grandmother customer service is out the window! Everything is about money! The manager man Asian decent was so worried about coupons!!! Then I learned from another client that most of the time Managers work the drive thru and this too is about business and not about customer service! I felt like if I would have asked him for extra napkins I would have been assaulted! So know these workers are not customer oriented and they are about their paychecks! Read moreI just pulled out of the drive thru and had to park the car to write this review because of how terrible this service was. Although it was quick, it was one of the rudest experiences I've ever had in a drive thru. The price difference between a medium combo and a large combo was 50 cents. I had to change the order a few times and the poor guy at the window (I think his name was Alex) got yelled at by who I can only assume was the manager on shift. I couldn't see a name tag, but she was extremely rude to him and said "what don't you know? Can you not see?" in a way that was so uncomfortable. Normally, I don't even get wendy's but I decided to try it and this was the service we recieved. Absolutely inexcusable behavior not only to an employee, but also in front of customers.
