Wing Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

Horrible experience from start to finish. Both of my orders were completely wrong. I specifically requested grilled fish but was given fried. On top of that, the fish sandwich came on regular sandwich bread instead of a hamburger bun — no sauce, no condiments, nothing. It was poorly put together and clearly not what was described. The woman who took my order over the phone was incredibly rude and rushed through the call, which likely explains why the order was wrong in the first place. She didn't seem to be listening at all. To make matters worse, the owner called me back and told me I would have to drive all the way back just to get the correct food - which was extremely inconvenient and honestly unacceptable. He spoke so fast I could barely get a word in, and instead of apologizing, it felt like I was being blamed for their mistake. The entire experience was distasteful and disappointing. I won't be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this...

I wish I could leave a -10 review for this place! Placed an order through DoorDash for pick up today and was so excited because we’ve been craving their shrimp fried rice and honey Cajun wings.....HOWEVER...we arrived at the location to pick up my order and found one of those nasty cooks in the back scratching her freaking head with her gloves on and proceeding to make food! No one in there is wearing masks or hair nets! Freaking GROSS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Called in to let the cashier know once we left out and she acted totally confused and did not even offer up an apology! That’s basic customer service 101! Highly disappointed!...

Went there today to try it out for the first time and took like 10-15 minutes to get my food. When i was headed back to my car I looked at my food and my hush puppies and coleslaw was missing. I told them I was missing the little items and they were like "Oh we're out of coleslaw but we do have hush puppies. So i had to go back inside to get my hush puppies, I tried them and they taste spoiled... I don't know what it was but I didn't like the taste. My tilapia was overcooked, I was so mad I didn't want to eat anymore. That will be my last time going there, Hopefully I find...
