Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

If I could give no stars I would. I went through the drive through on 5 7 2018 and this young light skinned girl took my order and was impatient the minute I said give me a sec my son needs to decide his drink, mind you we are at the drive through and order wasn't even placed it was around 8pm and she was rude and you could hear it. Just non professional all of the way. I was ready to leave once we pulled up to pay because as we ordered more she acted asif she couldn't get the order correct. My kids wanted Zaxby's though. I paid and they rushed me the food. The young lady gave me the food and as I begin to check it another lady came not even 60 seconds another black young lady and motioned to me with her head saying is it a problem and I respond by saying no I am checking my order and you all are being rude. I checked my order and than pulled off. How rude these people were rude impatient and they make us all look bad. Be decent and professional at all times. If it wasn't for me setting a positive example for my babies I would of went in that store and made sure they left that shift for good. I will be at this store tomorrow with my receipt and speak with a manager. My oldest daughter in the front of my car said the lady shut the window and roles her eyes. Who does that? I will redirect this all later on today because we must be held accountable for our actions as I teach this to my kids and I do not respond with anger so I am no longer angry and will handle this as a customer should. No other customer should experience this...

This Zaxby's is my go to Zaxby's on Sunday afternoons. Located near Kroger and Publix, it makes a great spot to grab a bite before having to do all of my grocery shopping.

The store front is well maintained. The parking lot is clear and unobstructed, the front counter is always clean, and the seating inside always maintains a clean appearance.

Customer service is excellent in both the drive thru and inside. The order taker is always kind and doesn't give me any negative vibes when my order sounds like it drones on and on (I'm always picking up for at least three other ppl including myself).

The quality of food is fantastic. Zaxby's does one thing and one thing well, chicken. The chicken is always cooked correctly and the crinkle cut fries are always seasoned well. The only complaint I'd have would be the consistency between the drive thru and ordering inside. The drive thru crew is always 100% consistent. I've never had a bad order through them. However the inside crew has botched my order a few times. The most recent time was last Sunday. I ordered a Wings and Things meal and only received the wings despite being charged for the entire meal. I'll still continue to eat there but make sure it's through...

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pickup due to the heavy rain. When we got to the window, the lady at the window had an attitude when we told her the drink was supposed to be a medium. She said it said small on the receipt so we showed her the order in my phone which said medium and it also said medium on the receipt they stickered to the bag. She took the drink back so she could throw it away but seems like she just dumped it into a medium cup and added ice to it when it wasn’t even supposed to have ice. The cup of seasoning was also left out the order and my Mr. Beast meal had nothing beast about it. The box didnt have many fries or cheddar bites. I enjoy going to Zaxbys whenever I’m home visiting family since there aren’t many of them in Texas and this location is the main one I enjoy going to.
