Marshalls — Local services in Germantown

Hello everybody. This 9125 Poplar Highway 72 Germantown,TN 38138, It's a very bad store. I wasin there shopping with my shopping carts. Full when I spotted a Dooney and Bourke purse. I put it against myself to see the fit in the mirror, when the fitting room attendant saw me. I was right in front of her. She asked me for the price I said $119, then she sent a lady to get it that she wanted to look at it. She asked if I was sure I wanted it. I said yes. Then the supposedly lady said she is the manager. I said I was still admiring the bag. Like joke she said NO. I can't admire it. Wow! Both of them just accused me literally of trying to steal the bag both of them yelled at me instructing me that I should bring my garments out of the fitting room. At this point I was like let me out of this store because I don't know what's going on. Well I said let me go check out when I brought out my American express. They started shivering. Bought$500 worth of souvenir,. The point I am trying to make stop judging the book by the cover, profiling people won't help Marshalls...

You know what as a woman, retail therapy it’s just a thing we do even if we don’t need anything lol. The reason for my 3 stars is that it’s one thing to be on your phone at work, not engaging with customers cool but to be on your phone loud & cussing, b-word this & that. As a former retail manager, that just isn’t okay and as a human being you knew it wasn’t okay b/c you kept looking for reactions of others around you including myself. It’s distasteful. Customers come to this establishment & preferably this location to enjoy themselves. Not to have to hear what’s going on in your personal life. It was distasteful & Im pretty sure you know exactly who you are, Thursday 9/20, restocking the baby section that evening. It was offensive & you need to do better. Please don’t say anything about “this may be the wrong location” that’s a lie. I doubled checked just to make a review for this particular location. Get it...

There is a short Hispanic lady who attends or fixes the clothes, she is extremely rude my daughter went to buy there and treated her very badly after I asked her a question, it also happened to a friend of mine we were talking about that today that's why we don't go to that store anymore, unfortunately there are very unpleasant people there is a tall brunette lady who also sends the Customer as if we were their servants or something like that I don't know what's happening with the people they hire in that place but really the service is horrible

And if there is a very kind lady it seems to be from India or somewhere around there but she is very friendly she is the only one who always when we go is happy and is attending well but the other two people have a very challenging and very rude attitude, that's why I don't recommend that place go to the Other of Córdoba that people are very friendly...
